The location is unique on the island and from here you have a fantastic view of the city of Portoferraio, Piombino, Corsica, Capraia and Gorgona. The house was restored during a project lasting several years, in close collaboration with the National Park and was designed to be self-sufficient and ecological. Here you use purely the energy of the sun, without having to renounce luxury.

At 50m the course offers a wide selection of typical restaurants and places to spend the after-dinner. A few minutes from the train station and the supermarket.Theapartment is located in the ztl, but there are free parking at 150mt and we also offer the possibility of a free permit for access and parking in ztl for the time of your stay.

The city center is easily accessible both on foot and by car. About 24 km away is the beach of Baratti, with the remains of the Etruscan civilization behind it, which can be visited inside the Archaeological Park of Baratti and Populonia.
