Villa Mary Pool, a gem on the Costa dei Trabocchi, offers 3 elegant, smart, and fully equipped apartments—Ambra, Giada, and Perla—each with a private outdoor lounge. In front, a solarium with sunbeds overlooks a natural painting: the hillside village of San Vito to the right and the sea to the left. A hot tub, infrared sauna, and gym are always available. The pool is open Monday to Friday in June, July, and August for pure relaxation!

A few minutes from the sea and ski slopes, nestled in the hills of Pescarese but only 25 minutes from the sea, 40 minutes from the mountains and a 5-minute drive to the highway. Only SMALL dogs are allowed. The villa is inhabited by the homeowners on the upper floor but they will be present mainly only for check-in and garden maintenance, while guests will have full privacy and autonomy of the ground floor.
