Maison située au milieu des vignes et des oliviers. Calme avec vue sur mer et la montagne. Prestation de qualité avec de grands espaces intérieurs et extérieurs et surtout une piscine incroyablement grande. Excellent séjour.

Nicola was very responsive when booking as I had accessibility requirements that were needed. He worked with me to make sure our Nonna would be comfortable and have privacy without the use of stairs. The views were spectacular and the pool was much appreciated in the August heat. There was plenty of room and space for all 11 of us to enjoy our time together and take a break if needed. We enjoyed fireworks right from the terrace nearly every night as it was festival season and ventured down to the marina a few times. I would highly recommend Nicola’s Villa to larger families or groups. Thanks so much!

Très belle propriété située au calme, spacieuse pouvant accueillir un grand groupe d amis ou famille. Très propre et à proximité de toutes les commodités. Une voiture est nécessaire pour pouvoir se deplacer. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour chez Raffaella.

Abbiamo soggiornato per due giorni nella casa di Silvano. È ubicata in campagna, circondata da ulivi e con un bellissimo giardino. Silvano ci ha consigliato i posti da visitare nelle vicinanze e i ristoranti da provare. Assolutamente da consigliare se cercate un ottimo punto di appoggio per visitare il Molise oppure una casa per le vacanze al mare.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa fantastica villa per due notti, da venerdì a domenica. Fin da subito l’host è stato disponibile ed esaustivo a chiarire qualsiasi nostro dubbio. Quando siamo arrivati ci siamo trovati in una splendida villa, pulita, moderna e alla portata di tutti. Carlos e sua moglie ci hanno subito fatto sentire a nostro agio, spiegandoci le piccole semplici regole della casa. Mai invadenti ma sempre pronti nel momento del bisogno!! Torneremo sicuramente!

Ho trascorso un soggiorno meraviglioso a Ortona con la famiglia e amici, in un appartamento immerso nella campagna abruzzese. La zona è davvero tranquilla e circondata da una natura splendida, perfetta per chi cerca relax e serenità. La bellezza del paesaggio collinare e il silenzio intorno rendono questo luogo una vera oasi di pace. L’appartamento era ben curato e pulito, con tutto il necessario per un soggiorno confortevole. Gli spazi erano ampi e luminosi, e la vista sui dintorni offriva un vero spettacolo, soprattutto al tramonto. L’host è stato eccezionalmente disponibile e attento, pronto a rispondere a qualsiasi esigenza o dubbio. Ci ha anche dato ottimi consigli su cosa visitare nei dintorni, aiutandoci a scoprire alcuni dei luoghi più caratteristici della zona. La posizione dell’appartamento è strategica: in pochi minuti di auto si possono raggiungere i principali punti di interesse, dalle spiagge della costa dei Trabocchi, fino ai borghi storici!In definitiva consigliato!

Una vacanza vista bellezza. Una casa perfetta per comitive numerose grazie a spazi ampi, curati nel minimo dettaglio. Dalle grandi finestre entra luce dall’alba al tramonto e la cucina vivibile è il cuore pulsante della casa. La vista panoramica lascia davvero senza fiato. Le camere al piano di sopra sono davvero accoglienti, l’unica pecca è la poca luce in quelle al piano inferiore. Ogni camera ha il suo bagno, un plus importantissimo per più famiglie o gruppi di amici. Barbecue, piscina, tavoli da biliardo e tavolo da Ping pong sono la ciliegina sulla torta, che hanno reso questa casa assolutamente indimenticabile. Ovviamente super consigliata.

La communication avec Frédérica a été facile. Trouver le lieu de rendez-vous a été simple. Le logement se trouve dans la vieille ville de Montenero, un village typique du sud de l'Italie. La vue sur la campagne est superbe. Ce logement vous permettra de vous imprégner de la simplicité et de la vie paisible du lieu. À 25 minutes, vous avez la charmante petite ville de Vasto, où vous trouverez des restaurants et des boutiques de qualité. Vous êtes également à 30 minutes de Termoli, dont la vieille ville est très pittoresque. Vous êtes aussi à 10 minutes en voiture d'une immense plage où vous aurez tout l'espace que vous désirez. Nous avons aimé séjourner dans le logement de Frédérica et y retournerons avec plaisir.

Wir haben uns in dem Haus sehr gut gefühlt. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und es fehlt nichts. Die Terrasse ist einfach wundervoll. Sehr empfehlenwert.

È stato un piacere stare alla casa di Vincenzo e Tracy! Le due sono molto gentili e la casa e incredibile! La cucina e grandissima e le stanze sono aperte e grandissime. Anche in inverno c'è un forno pellet e è molto bello prendere un caffè nel sole alla terrazza o fare un barbecue abbruzzese. Ci vuole una macchina per fare escursioni e spese (per esempio la città di Atri e gli calanchi sono molto belli!). Grazie di tutto!

Domenico's home is lovely! The view from the garden of the sun setting across the fields is magnificent! The kitchen has everything you could need to cook, they have thought of everything! They even left nice little touches which were very kind, for example, i had my dog with me and it was a hot day and they put a bowl of water out for her upon arrival and one for me in the fridge, so so thoughtful and caring, thank you! The home is clean and the garden is gorgeous! It is in a really peaceful area with supermarkets a five mins drive away. I recommend this place, to any other solo female travellers, this place is safe and the hosts are lovely! They also have aircon in the kitchen as well as the bedrooms and they have mosquito nets too. The place is clearly loved and looked after. Thank you both so much! :)

Luogo incantevole, un’oasi di pace e silenzio immersa nella natura, dotato di ogni comfort. Il cottage è ristrutturato benissimo, è bello e funzionale. Abbiamo adorato il giardino con ulivi e limoni, con vista mare e ci siamo goduti splendide passeggiate nei dintorni. Il tratto sterrato di strada per raggiungere il cottage è breve e agevole, e garantisce l’assoluta privacy del soggiorno. Consigliatissimo ❤️

Daniel’s place was exactly how it was described! Great location! Close to the square & excellent dining. Daniel was an amazing host! So helpful and ready to help with any requests. It was ideal for an overnight. Communication and directions were spot on! Super value! Highly recommend ☺️

Hele authentieke kleine woning in een mooi klein dorpje. Het dorpje heeft maar een paar inwoners in het oude deel, en het echte historische centrum wordt momenteel gerestaureerd. Het uitzicht vanuit het huisje op de bergen is werkelijk prachtig. En dan die stilte! Loredane en haar man wachtten ons op bij aankomst om ons de plek te wijzen, dit is niet zo eenvoudig zonder aanwijzigingen. Ze zijn beiden heel erg vriendelijk en gastvrij en spreken helaas geen engels, maar de communicatie via AirBnB gaat heel makkelijk. De omgeving is geweldig, zowel om rond te rijden als om mooie wandelingen te maken. Ook de Campo Imperatore is makkelijk te bereiken en een absolute must! Het huisje is zeer compleet en er ontbreekt nagenoeg niets. Het enige wat wij misten was een comfortabele fauteuil of bank. Tip: in het dorp is niets te krijgen dus doe je boodschappen voordat je omhoog rijdt! Het verblijf was voor ons een onvergetelijke ervaring!

L’alloggio si trova poco distante dal centro di Sulmona, circondato da un bellissimo giardino con vari animali da fattoria nelle vicinanze. Impeccabile nella pulizia e dotato di ogni comfort. Molto silenzioso e con una vista eccezionale. Punto strategico per visitare tutte le bellezze del territorio. Proprietari davvero discreti e gentilissimi. Io e la mia famiglia abbiamo trascorso una vacanza perfetta, ci piacerebbe poterci tornare alla prossima occasione. Posto super raccomandato!

Das Haus von Alessio ist etwas ganz besonders. Es hebt sich positiv vom AirBnB Mainstream ab. Das ganze Haus ist liebevoll dekoriert und bestens ausgestattet. Alles ist im perfekten Zustand und sehr geschmackvoll. Ich habe mich sofort zu hause gefühlt. Es wartet auch eine kleine Besonderheit auf einen, die ich hier aber nicht verraten möchte. Das Badezimmer ist hervorragend, die Küche ist bestens ausgestattet und das Schlafzimmer samt Bett sehr gemütlich. Ein wunderbarer Ort um die wunderschöne Gegend, den Nationalpark und die vielen anderen Attraktionen zu besuchen. Das Dorf ist wunderschön und eine Perle der Abruzzen. Man kann die Geschichte der Mauern förmlich hören und spüren. Ich habe wirklich viel von der Welt bereisen dürfen und dieser Ort und Alessio´s Haus, sind etwas sehr besonderes.

Het ontvangst was goed, Carmine gebruikt fijne hulpmiddelen om prettig te kunnen communiceren als je niet dezelfde taal spreekt. De ruimte en omgeving zijn prachtig.

Das Haus von Loredana liegt ruhig ohne Autoverkehr im kleinen Ort Spoltore, unterhalb von einem kleinem Platz und mit großartiger Terrasse. Ausblick auch auf die Berge. Ortsmitte in wenigen Minuten mit Bar, Pizzeria und Bäckerei und weiters auch netter Supermarkt zu erreichen. Das Ort ist für einen ruhigen erholsamen Urlaub perfekt. Sehr sympathisch mit Möbeln zum alten Haus ausgestattet, aber mit allen modernen Notwendigkeiten wie guter Gasherd, großer Fernseher und leiser Klimaanlage. Loredana hat uns persönlich empfangen und uns vorallem bei der Suche nach einem Arzt sehr geholfen. Das kostenlose Parken oberhalb des Hauses mit wenigen Treppen ist problemlos. Wir haben die Ruhe und Beschaulichkeit des Ortes und des Hauses 14 Tage genossen.
