Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Marion County

June was a wonderful host. The home was perfect for two adults and an infant. The area was very quiet and we encountered no troubles during our two day stay. The home was equipped with everything we needed for the weekend. I would definitely recommend staying at this home.

The home is exactly as described in the listing: home was clean and came with all the boats and tubes for a fun time on the river! Lots of life jackets and goggles to use if you dont have your own. publix and walmart are a short drive in town about 10 min. The home is at the end of a small deadend couldesac with a rental on 1 side and an abandoned house on the other, beautiful nature drive, seems to be in a safe area, it was private. Plenty of space and beds, the home was clean (and we are picky) and everything was up to date not run down or worn out. Nearby fast food and "Swampys" on the water if thats what you like, but If you want quality food, drive about 30 minutes west to Inverness/Yankeetown and try Blackwater Grill, absolutely best food for you money. Being Florida natives, we didnt jump off the dock, too much grass and know what hides in the grass..we saw a huge snapping turtle in it with baby turtles near the dock. overall it was a great stay and we would come back! This Airbnb is truly exceptional—way above the average for the price in the area! The house was spotlessly clean, fresh-smelling, and so inviting, with top-notch beds, linens, showers, and a bathtub. The kitchen utensils were pristine, and the whole place felt luxurious. The host’s friendly dog was a hit with our kids, and the backyard chickens were a delight! The host kindly gave us fresh eggs twice, which we loved, though the kids were sad when the chickens were kept in the coop after day two. The office with a desk and high-speed internet was perfect, and the pre-set Netflix and streaming on the TV was a great touch. The covered garage easily fit our large car. The kids adored the animals, and we’d return in a heartbeat. Highly recommend this gem!

This is a beautiful spacious home and very well equipped. The house is immaculate with really comfortable beds. The location is great, walking distance to super markets and a short dive to a lot of local area attractions.

Absolutely amazing ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ we stayed for 2 nights as we made our journey driving up to Montreal. My family did not want to leave 🤣 Amazing location and activities! Not only that but Laura’s communication was amazing (way before we arrived, during and after). She has so many little things that most Airbnbs don’t bother with or don’t think of, like beach towels, extras in the bathroom for convenience, batteries and honestly the list goes on and on! I thought this trip was super personalised and was a perfect get away for a family or couple. The neighbour was super friendly as well! Thank you Laura 😊

This house was a dream! We came to visit family and it was the best house we’ve ever stayed in! We loved the puzzles, games and the huge yard to relax in. We would LOVE to come back here every time we come visit my family. The small touches with Bigfoot were an added plus for me! We felt right at home as soon as we came in. Highly recommend this home to anyone looking to stay in the area. So many beaches within an hour drive as well. Everything was perfect we didn’t want to leave

The house was perfect for my wife, two kids, and our small dog. Wi-Fi was easy to use, the view is beautiful. The pool is great, kitchen is solid. Only one word to others, and it’s not the fault of the owner: cell service there is not great. Apart from that, the place was just what we needed for a three day getaway to go hit rainbow river.

Robert’s place was exactly how it was described. Great house with privacy and very peaceful. Very clean, and had everything we needed. Robert was very responsive and helpful. Would book again.

this place is in the most beautiful setting, so peaceful and beautiful. the hosts were outstanding. felt welcome right away. gave space to do what I wanted to do which was often just sitting in their most beautiful space and soaking it all in Do not hesitate book it !

What a perfect place! Lots of traffic in the area and some run down houses nearby, but if you want to kayak and be near the confluence of both rivers and have a wonderful back porch that shuts all that out right on the river, then this is not an issue. Also, the Blue Run and Withlacoochee bike trail are just a short, quiet neighborhood ride away with just a very, very short bridge crossing in traffic across from Swampy's restaurant. The accommodations were really great for my holiday weekend stay! We used the lovely firepit -swing area every day. Bobby was responsive and helpful. The kitchen had everything I needed. Coffee overlooking the mist rising off the water in the morning was just so beautiful. The river is amazing… the hawks, ibis, anhinga, herons, and so many other birds were so cool to hear, and watch!

Julie’s condo was exactly as described. The view was amazing and just a short walk to the boat and pool. The unit is very well maintained and clean, comfortable beds and well stocked kitchen. My group thoroughly enjoyed and will definitely be back soon. Julie was beyond helpful with condo info and info on boat slips and ramp usage, and always was quick to respond to my requests.

Terrific spot right on the river, around the corner from the kayak shop so you can paddle over and catch a shuttle up to the KP hole, paddle back down and end at the dock right by your unit. Fantastic time, the place was clean comfortable and well kept. I would recommend this place to anyone wanting a riverfront view and easy paddling access, very nice spot. A little tip turn the air down a few hours before you go to sleep the top floor takes a little bit to cool down. Thanks Matt for our stay in your beautiful spot.

This place is a must do! My family calls it the cabin for many years now. It is one of the most peaceful places I have ever been and I travel often! The host is incredible there is nothing you will need but some groceries and the desire to relax!

We found the house to be very clean and comfortable. It's in a very quiet neighborhood, but easy to get to stores and local attractions. We enjoyed a campfire and time on the screen porch. The access to the neighborhood park and the use of the golf cart and paddle boards added to the value. Overall it was a great spot for a family getaway.

Our family of 5 enjoyed Teddy’s place while visiting Silver Springs. The beds were super comfy, kitchen stocked and amenities perfect. We enjoyed the Sandhill Crane family that visited us each morning while having our coffee in the screened in porch. The view is lovely, canoes/kayaks/fire pit and dock an added treat. We’d definitely return.

We had the BEST time at this adorable cabin in the middle of the forest! The space was just as described, the area was very secluded and quiet. Our dogs loved being able to roam freely in the fully fenced space. The service is very spotty but there are spots around the property I was able to get a bar or two which was helpful. So many cool amenities to explore nearby and it was nice to come "home" to a cool air conditioned home. The bathroom gets hot so we would keep the door open when in use which helps. Hope was very responsive and helpful with my questions I had before booking. Would absolutely come and stay again. Also, the front porch is an awesome spot to sit and watch the storms ☺️

My husband and I enjoyed nice and relaxing weekend. The quiet beautiful nature view was so relaxing and away from the sound of traffic and city life. Hearing nature wake up, while having a cup of coffee on the porch was amazing. The house was super clean!

We definitely loved it there! Beautiful, cozy and host were extremely friendly. Place extremely clean and they offer all essentials unlike other places. Our doggies and us will definitely be back. P.S. Our dogs had a blast at their doggie park.

The cabin is super cozy, it has everything needed for a comfortable stay. the beds upstairs are super comfortable. the right amount of firmness. If I had to complain about anything, that would be the noise of the AC. But we those comfortable beds, it's impossible not to easily fall asleep. plenty of space to walk and really close to the WEC. it's a great place to disconnect and charge your energy. Kevin is a great host, respects your privacy but you know you can contact him at any time.
