Op de eerste verdieping is een ruime slaapkamer met kingsize boxspring, aangrenzend nog een kleed/slaapkamer met een eenpersoons bed. Terras op het zuiden met weids uitzicht.

Het ligt op recreatiepark De Meerparel in de jachthaven van Uitgeest met mogelijkheden om te zeilen, surfen, vissen en zwemmen. De snelweg A9 is goed bereikbaar dus u bent zo in Alkmaar, Amsterdam, Haarlem of op Schiphol. Ook het strand van Castricum is binnen 15 minuten te bereiken.

With great enthusiasm, we have renovated our old mansion and restored it to its original state. On the bell floor, we have created an apartment that we now rent out. On the ground floor is the hippest restaurant in Alkmaar with a sunny terrace on the water.
