Truly a 1-of-1 space! Hard to find anything THIS perfect in the area. The living space was on the second floor and absolutely gorgeous. There are two bedrooms and the couch DOES turn into a bed. The balcony photos don't do it justice - it truly is a magnificent view. Perfectly centered next to every restaurant / shop you could ask for. Not to mention, historical sites are right at your front door! Couldn't have asked for a better space to stay. 10/10 would recommend!

Eleni was an amazing host! Her condo was absolutely stunning! The view was just perfect! And the room was very clean and neat! She recommended many things to do and restaurants to go to and they did not disappoint! It was overall an amazing stay and I cannot wait to book with her again!

This place was absolutely magical!! the house is so thoughtfully designed and very well equipped with anything you need. the surroundings are beauitful and it was so nice to spend time in nature. wish we could have spent more time there! the hosts were lovely and helped us with any questions we had. thank you thank you for such a perfect stay

The villa is set back from the road up a very steep concrete driveway. We loved the peace and quiet, beautiful views and the nearby village of Nerotrivia. Aryiris came especially from Athens to welcome us to the villa, (of which he is very proud, as he and his wife had it built for themselves and filled it with arty things from their travels). The three double bedrooms have hand crafted queen beds, which would suit up to 3 couples, but as our group was of one couple and 3 individuals, Αργύρης kindly added a single bed in the lounge for us. The local bakery for fresh bread (φούρνο/αρτοποιεία) in Nerotrivia (Νεροτριβιά) is first left by a café, after passing Evia mini market, then first right up a steep passageway. The local restaurant, Bakoutis (Μπακούτης), on the left further down the main road through the village, will even make traditionally cooked Greek vegetarian meals in addition to their normal meat menu, if you order them the day before. We wished we could stay all month!

It's a beautiful place, very convenient in every way. Quiet. Store's, restaurants, ferry, beach and more... All at walking distance. plus a beautiful sunset!.

I cannot stress enough how incredible Vassilis’ place and communication is. It needs to be stated and clear that this Airbnb is on the top of a building on a hill in Athen’s Mets area. We were able to spot it from Lycabettus lookout…it’s that clearly above everything else. It provides unparalleled views of the whole city, and a SUNSET view over the Acropolis in June. Amazing. It was peaceful and relaxing. AC worked like a charm. We had the pleasure of meeting Vassilis and had a very nice chat. We loved everything about this place + experience. Uber works great, and delivers to this area without an issue. To help with your confirmation that you have arrived at the correct apartment building, I recommend having Vassilis send you a photo of the outside. That was SUPER helpful. Again, while the cost was more than I usually spend, I am not sure I would do it any other way ever again. If we come back to Athens, this place is top of my list.

We had the most incredible stay at this Airbnb in Athens — it exceeded all of our expectations! The highlight, without a doubt, was the stunning terrace. We spent every morning sipping coffee and every evening enjoying wine under the stars — it truly felt magical. The apartment itself was spotless, stylish, and extremely comfortable. Every detail had been thoughtfully considered to make our stay easy and enjoyable. The host was warm, welcoming, and super responsive, which made everything even better. But honestly, it’s the terrace that makes this place unforgettable. Whether you’re relaxing with a book, having a quiet dinner, or just soaking in the Athenian atmosphere, it’s the perfect private escape right in the heart of the city. We can’t recommend this place highly enough and would come back in a heartbeat!

We arrived at night so we got in a bit of trouble getting in. Other than that everything was as in the description, very clean and in a beautiful location that we wished we could have stayed longer. The kitchen is equipped and was clean at a high level. Definitely recommend
