Burghausen`s Old Town is reachable in few minutes by feet, car or bike, also the Wöhr-Lake with its bathing beach. (about 2km) Salzburg is reachable by car in under an hour.

The accommodation is located on a quiet, secluded organic farm in the Salzburg region. It's ideal for rest and relaxation, but also for cycling or running in the heart of nature. Several beautiful, warm swimming lakes are located between 2 and 7 km away. The IBM Moor is approximately 5 km away. The loft has a bathroom, a kitchen with an induction hob, electric stove, and refrigerator. The sauna can be rented exclusively for a fee. We do not offer a transfer service.

The small town is located in the idyllic foothills of the Alps and impresses on "föhn" days with a good distant view of the Bavarian mountains. The nearby Marian pilgrimage site of Altötting with its churches and Christian sights, the longest castle in Europe in Burghausen and the proximity to Lake Chiemsee make the region an ideal starting point for a holiday in Bavaria.

Discover Burghausen on foot: 2 minutes to the over 1000 year old castle, 3 minutes to the most beautiful walk in Bavaria or 5 minutes to stroll through the picturesque old town past the glassblowing or schnapps distillery. Then relax on the terrace overlooking the countryside and 'heaven and hell' baked by the Bäckerei Schönstetter. After a wonderful sleep in the box spring bed, you can pamper yourself in the breakfast cafe across the street. ;))

The Rottaler Bäderdreieck is in the immediate vicinity, Burghausen, Passau, Salzburg and Munich can be reached in less than an hour.

The spacious loft lies in between a lovely village and the river Inn, very close to a swimming lake. It offers to its guests various possibilities: those who love cycling, going for a walk, spending their holidays in the nature and those who want to explore all the sights will find their perfect place here. Many interesting cities are very close. After renovations on the house in 2023 we will again open for guess in 2024.
