We loved our stay! The house has everything you need and nothing you don’t. Although it’s older it’s great to have the pool, and there are lovely shaded areas outside too. Would happily recommend or stay again - thank you!

Stunning views, every minute in this beautiful building was amazing! The location is close to Split Apple rock, which was a cool mini hike. The Abel Tasman tour booths and pick up are less than a 15 minute drive away to book a trip out into the national park. There are penguins that come up to the property at night that are hilarious to listen to, we went to an aquarium a few days later and found a stuffed animal that sounded so similar that between our group we ended up getting three of these stuffies throughout the trip just because we'd heard them at this location and it was such a good memory to have made. I Wish we could have stayed longer. Hope we get the chance to again someday!

Wonderful stay at Matt and Lucy's. the home was well appointed with everything we needed. the pool and the spa was very good and we felt super relaxed and comfortable here. would happily recommend.

We recently stayed in Picton, New Zealand, and had a truly wonderful experience. Our host, Carolyn, was absolutely lovely—welcoming, helpful, and made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The accommodation was comfortable, clean, and perfectly located to explore the beauty of Picton and the Marlborough Sounds. Carolyn went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable, and we’re so grateful for her hospitality. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

A wonderful home in a beautiful location with stunning views. We particularly enjoyed the pool, spa and being able to walk to amazing restaurants and wine bar. Sally and Wayne were friendly helpful hosts. Highly recommend staying

Stunning, spacious mid century house, big homely kitchen and beautiful peaceful gardens. Short walk to the park at the end of the street. Gas heater kept the home toasty during cooler nights. Sarah was a very responsive and accommodating and we would definitely rebook if given the opportunity.

On arrival the bach was unfortunately not ready for us, but this was due to an oversight by the cleaner, not Emma. Emma was super quick to respond and very apologetic when we messaged about it and couldn't have been more prompt in getting things resolved which we really appreciated. After this initial blip we loved our four night stay here. The bach feels like the best of both worlds - an old family bach and the charm that comes with that, made even better with significant modernising updates like the massive glass doors, and all the other mod cons and extras (big fridge, dishwasher, washer and dryer, heatpump/AC, Chromecast, etc). It is off the beaten track and feels so peaceful and private. Being so close to the sea is a real treat. We would love to come back some time in the warmer months so we can make the most of the amazing outdoor areas and pool! (just a bit too chilly for us softies to swim in it at this time of year... we did love the outdoor fireplace though!). :)

Bridget’s place is absolutely stunning. Perfect setting for a relaxing weekend away. The house was fantastic. Great space and the view was an added bonus.

Luxury accommodation at a great price! The suite was stunning and had magnificent views. Sue did a great job putting the place together and making it so lovely! If we are ever back in the area we would certainly stay again!

Such an amazing stay. Wonderful things of note: swimming hole in the river, beautiful surroundings, giant bath, amazing stars, cosy fires, really cosy beds and kind and friendly hosts. Thoroughly recommend 😊

Beautiful surroundings, located at the finish of the Queen Charlotte Track. I discovered the sound of nature without any other nuisance. You feel right at home. The view from the accommodation is incredible and so relaxing.

Wonderful stay a the cottage. 30 min walk into town and right on the water with lots of walking trails. Perfect location.

Tania’s Airbnb was absolutely wonderful! It looked exactly like the photos, and we truly appreciated the thoughtful details throughout the home. The special Mother’s Day card was such a lovely touch, and the decor was beautifully curated, perfectly complementing the overall theme of the house. Our friends and I had a fantastic time and felt so comfortable and welcomed, we would definitely love to return for our next stay. Ellie was very pleasant and most helpful; Our studio was immaculate and looked as new! The street was very quiet and almost nil traffic at night. We slept well in our comfortable bed! Off street parking also was great- beside the studio.

I have e to say that this house was decorated and equipped very thoughtfully and obviously with a lot of love. There was nothing missing. There was even an air condition! What a well done place. On top of that the house is in walking distance to shops and restaurants in town. Definitely worth the money. Thank you Adrian for having me as a guest.

Paul’s house and setting matched our expectations from the listing. It was very clean, tidy, spacious, warm and nicely furnished. The lounge, dining and kitchen area looked out across the garden to the beach. Unfortunately it rained for most of our short stay so we didn’t take as much advantage of the outdoor setting and facilities as we might have otherwise done. Despite that our party of 4 adults and 3 children all enjoyed our stay. The hosts were very welcoming and were quick to answer any queries we had.

Enjoyed our stay especially the nice fireplace for the cold evenings.

Absolutely beautiful spot in the Motueka Valley. Clean, warm lovely home, added touch of home made short bread and muesli was so neat! Highly recommend this awesome place.

Steph and Mark welcomed us and made us feel at home. We had a great time in the Tasman region. Accommodation was well laid out and overall functional. Really well insulated dwelling with good heating and cooling meant it was always comfortable inside. Would strongly recommend for anyone wanting to explore the area.

Full 5 star which Kathy’s place deserves but I worry if I rave too much how fantastic it is, others will keep it booked out so I won’t be able to come again..it will be always booked out. This place has to be the nicest Air BnB I have every stayed in. The cleanliness, the decor, the space, the beds, the price, the position to the village, the fire with plentiful fire wood…etc etc. everything. And Kathy is so lovely. Definitely will be back.
