Holiday rentals with beach access in Marmari

Estaba buscando un lugar cerca del aeropuerto y justo es muy cerca, el lugar estaba muy bonito limpio y con muchas comodidades. Me encantó quedarme aqui. Excelente lugar lo recomiendo mucho.

Kostas ja hänen perheensä olivat erittäin avuliaita ja ystävällisiä matkamme ajan. He olivat mitä parhaita majoittajia. Kohde oli juuri sellainen kuin oli kuvattukin. Merelle suuntautuva terassi on mahtava ja siinä oli mukava ruokailla ja viettää aikaa perheen kesken. Kolme makuuhuonetta mahdollisti oman rauhan perheenjäsenille. Meri on ihan vieressä ja parin sadan metrin päässä on lähin ranta uimiseen, isommat hiekkarannat ovat kilometrin ja kahden kilometrin päässä. Meillä oli seuranamme myös ihastuttava tyttökissa, joka on todella ystävällinen ja ihmisläheinen. Muistakaahan laittaa hänelle vettä tarjolle! Daskalion kylässä on todella jyrkkiä mäkiä, joten auton kanssa pitää ajella varovasti ja jos harrastaa lenkkeilyä, niin ylämäkitreeneille löytyy hyviä mahdollisuuksia. Alue on rauhallinen ja kun olimme siellä ennen varsinaista kesälomakautta, niin ravintolat eivät olleet viikolla auki. Lähimmät kunnon ruokakaupat ovat Keratéassa, joten autolla kulkeminen on välttämätöntä.

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit bei Koni. Sie war super nett, herzlich und immer hilfsbereit – man hat sich sofort willkommen gefühlt. Der Pool war ein echtes Highlight, genauso wie der atemberaubende Ausblick. Die Unterkunft war insgesamt sehr sauber, was uns besonders wichtig ist. Man merkt allerdings, dass einige Ecken schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen sind. Ein paar Renovierungen würden dem Ganzen wirklich guttun – gerade in dieser Preisklasse wäre das ein schöner Bonus. Trotzdem: Die Atmosphäre, die Freundlichkeit und die Lage machen den Aufenthalt absolut empfehlenswert. Danke, Koni!

Ich bin sehr müde und kaputt dort angekommen und habe mich nicht zurecht gefunden weil ich einfach urlaubsreif war. Vayianna hat mir mit Engelsgeduld geholfen alle offensichtlichen Dinge zu schaffen, obwohl sie von ihr schon super beschrieben waren :) Danke dafür! Die Wohnung ist größer als auf den Fotos, super aufgeteilt und hat wirklich alles was man braucht. Der Ausblick kann nicht besser sein und der Weg zum Stand ist keine 20 Sekunden :) Jederzeit wieder 👍🏼

Stayed here for 1 night before we took a ferry over to the islands, and we have a night booked here for when we arrive back. Lovely clutter free accommodation that is spotless and clean, with excellent views that overlook the ferry port and beyond. Within walking distance to bars and restaurants, easy to park, and so close to ferry port it was almost by chance we stumbled across this well maintained place. Would highly recommend.

180 derece deniz ve dağ manzaralı büyük verandası, iç tasarımı, konforu ve temizliğiyle mükemmel bir tercih. Anna çok ilgili ve sorularınızı cevaplamaya her zaman hazır. Denize, plajla ve restoranlara erişim 2 dakika. Daha iyisi olamazdı.

Dobrze zlokalizowane miejsce. Komunikacja z gospodarzem sprawna. Łatwe samodzielne zameldowanie. Nie mam żadnych zarzutów. Okolica piękna. Z widokiem na odpływające promy.

My wife and I stayed at their beautiful home to celebrate our first wedding anniversary, and what we experienced was nothing short of hospitality magic. From the moment we arrived, we were wrapped in warmth, kindness, and pure positive energy. Mrs. Chara is not just a host—she’s a sunbeam in human form. Imagine this: we walk in, and there’s a bottle of wine waiting for us with a little note for our anniversary. But it didn’t stop there. The place was overflowing with thoughtful touches—fresh fruit, cold drinks, homemade jams, sweets, and local goodies. Every corner whispered care. Every shelf felt like a warm hug. And just when we thought we couldn’t feel more spoiled… she surprised us with handmade gifts. During our stay. After our stay. We’re still recovering emotionally. Who does that? Mrs. Chara. And the cherry on top? You’re just a 10-minute walk from one of the most iconic beaches in Athens. Morning swims, golden hour walks, or stargazing by the shore—it’s all right there.

Thank you for a very nice stay! ☀️🙌 Panos is a super host and the apartment is everything we hoped for. We enjoyed the pool and the beautiful sunsets from the outdoor area. Short distance to the supermarket and the beach. We really appreciated the flexibility around checking in and out. Without hesitation, Panos even helped us out with driving us to the airport as we couldn’t get hold of an Uber. Thank you for everything! I hope we’ll be back some day :-)

To był niesamowity pobyt. Timos jest jednym z najlepszych gospodarzy u jakich miałem szansę nocować. Wszystko było perfekcyjnie. Wzorowy kontakt, mieszkanie było idealnie czyste, masa pięknych i funkcjonalnych dodatków ( jak np kapcie hotelowe, czy kosmetyki pod prysznic). Kilka minut spaceru do promenady, plaży i lokalnych (pysznych) restauracji. Zostaliśmy przywitani jak rodzina a nie jak klienci i tak czuliśmy się przez cały pobyt :) Bardzo polecam!

Thyme house is a little piece of heaven, beautiful home with everything you need and more. Very off the beaten track, a car is recommended , but once up the challenging ( but manageable) drive you are in another world. The quiet will astound and captivate you in equal measure, the view never bores and is an ever changing vista of nature and wild beauty. If you want a real get away from the stresses of life then this place is perfect. We were here out of ‘season’ so less ‘things’ were open but this only added to the allure; peace, quiet and relaxing in a real haven. Fellos beach is beautiful and you could walk to it if you were so inclined- we weren’t! Although we did have a swim which was bracing and invigorating. Malamati is responsive and helpful and Katerina is lovely - thank you .

Wir hatten einen fantastischen Aufenthalt. Die Wohnung war schön, liebevoll eingerichtet und großartig gelegen. Angeliki war eine tolle Gastgeberin und reagierte sehr schnell auf alle Fragen! Absolute Empfehlung!

We loved the private location, very peaceful by the pool, lots of sitting areas in the shade or sun. Plenty of pool items and kids stuff, loved the playground and trampoline. Turtles wonder the property. Beautiful views. As described it’s at the top of a hill, 15 min walk down. Groceries can be driven up by the sellers. Food can be delivered. Taxis we found worked easily with Uber taxi. Lots of entertainment tv, DVDs, etc we didn’t use but they’re there. : ) Overall we loved it, and Thanos was a helpful and communicative host. He has a good manual with lots of suggestions to make your stay easy to plan!

Central location, spacious apartment and host very accommodating and responsive. Great to have a washing machine. The baked cookies and fresh fruit a bonus!

Good experience, the place is as pictured. Rooftop is a great place to spend some time. We used this as a 'close to airport' instead of a longer drive from Nafplio. As such we didn't explore the area - seems largely residential, but quite a few restaurants are within walking distance.

Me and my friend loved our week here. Before we had even arrived Anna was helpful and quick to respond to any questions, she helped bus a taxi from the airport straight to the airport (and the same when we were travelling home), and even let us access the apartment earlier than 3pm to drop bags off! Artemida is a lovely location, beautiful beaches and great restaurants just on the doorstep. There’s little convenience stores round the corner, or a My Marker (a bigger supermarket) only 10 minutes walk away, which we found had everything we needed when getting some food in for our stay. The apartment is also above a cafe and a pharmacy. We loved having both balconies to enjoy the sea and watch the sun set/rise. The public transport is easy to navigate too, we had a day in Athens by getting the bus and the train! Overall, a lovely mix of city and sea and by the end of the week we wished we had more time :)

Kostas is a great host, friendly and helpful. We had a great time during our stay, an amazing apartment with a great view, and a big balcony for cosy mornings and late nights. Great cosy place, feels like home. In a great location, whether you have your car, there are places to park around, also if you are on foot, the Metro station is nearby to move around. Ideale locatie vlakbij het vliegveld, het strand en leuke restaurants. Alles bij de hand! De communicatie was geweldig, super vriendelijk, snel en betrokken. Dit was de tweede keer dat we met plezier hier mochten verblijven. Tot de volgende keer!

Everything was perfect. Panagiotis was super friendly and helpful all along. His spot is perfectly located at the heart of karystos. Its a fully equipped 3 persons apartment. Lots of things to do and see nearby. Very good price also. 5/5 stars!!!

Highly recommend! Achilles is a great and responsive host, and the place is fantastic! Lovely rooftop with sunset views over the water; close walk to beach and lake and lots of restaurants. Look forward to staying again!
