Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Marotiri

Our family had wonderful time while staying here. Highly recommended, especially they do offer high chair and cot for the infant and had some toys as well.

Lovely accommodation with fantastic views. We met Michelle briefly and are thrilled with the hospitality. Thanks for cereals, bacon, eggs, chocolate etc! We really enjoyed the view of the lake and were extremely satisfied! Fresh flowers were everywhere, really very lovingly prepared. The terrace was a dream ! Love, Rebekka and Berni

Had an amazing stay. House was awesome with lots of room for everyone. We had a mix of adults and kids and there was space for everyone. John was very responsive to questions and accommodated our requests. It was great to have a list of recommendations for food places, which we used a couple of. Unfortunately we didn’t get the opportunity to use the outside fire, but we did enjoy the spa at the end of the day. Would definitely recommend to others.

We had a fabulous stay at Sam’s place! All of the activities we planned were no more than 15 minutes via car. The heating units came in handy during the evening, but the bedding provided ample warmth. The best part were the views; nothing beat the sun rising right in front of the bed!

Lovely view, big house, kitchen has everything you need. Nice being able to walk the paddocks with the kids.

We had a lovely stay at Tessa’s place in Kuratau. The house has a warm cosy feel with an open living space and fire place. Easy check in, great communication, plenty of space for a large group and plenty of space for parking. Highly recommend.

Absolutely beautiful location. Great space for kids considering the weather was terrible! Beautiful home in pristine condition. Luke was responsive, clear and prompt in his communication. Would definitely stay again!

Hands down one of the best, if not the best Airbnb I’ve stayed in. The cottage of Calida is warm, welcoming, clean and beautiful. And her small magic touch in details helps you enjoy it to the fullest - from having blanket ready in the box next to couch, to placing the woods right next to the fireplace the replacement, she has thought through all of this for you. The cottage is conveniently located near the Taupō Center. There’s a supermarket in 2 mins walk from the apartment - perfect for picking up anything you need. Everything in the house is as described as listing. Calida is really friendly and responsive. Her warm hospitality really made us feel like home. Would highly recommend Calida as a host and this cottage. Would love to revisit if we come back :) thanks very much for hosting us.

Lovely location overlooking Lake Taupo and into the sunset. Spacious deck to relax, eat and enjoy the view. Helpful responsive host. Very clean and well equipped living areas. Lovely Millennium Hotel restaurant right across the street. Great location for a relaxing break.

Great place to stay. Well we’ll thought out property and comfortably accommodated our group of 8. Has absolutely everything you need. Great quality linens and towels etc and the whole place felt fresh and clean. Team was great to deal with through the booking process

Absolutely blown away. Loved having the lake on our doorstep with an indoor spa to hop between. Hosts were excellent communicators and so welcoming! Our stay exceeded our expectations and we will most certainly be back!

A cosy and quirky house with beautiful views of the mountain and lake. Des is a great host and the house has everything you need. My only caution is that the driveway is a bit steep and a touch tricky especially when wet. Would recommend.

We stayed at Centennial house for a 40th Birthday Family celebration and I couldn't recommend this place highly enough! There is so much space with beautiful bedroom suites and outdoor areas. A lovely outdoor patio where the kids enjoyed playing and riding their bikes and finding the friendly sheep and cow. The house was immaculately clean, the kitchen is fabulous with heaps of space and all the cooking equipment you could ever need available. Plenty of dining table space, with a covered outdoor conservatory with a gas heater which we enjoyed a family dinner at one night. John and Caroline are incredible hosts, very responsive with messages both prior to and during our stay. John also smoked a trout for us on arrival which was delicious! We all had a lovely stay and cannot thank John and Caroline enough for making the weekend so stress-free.

Such a beautiful home with a beautiful view of the city. We really enjoyed a soak in the spa after our busy day. Wished we stayed longer, so will definitely look at staying here again. The host is friendly and fast to communicate! My friends and I enjoyed our stay :)
