We felt at home at Massimo's. Everything was as it should be and even better. The house was large, spacious and very clean. Perfect for our family of four plus a dog. The place is located far from the buildings, so you can relax in peace. The garden was large, perfect for spending time outdoors, and there was a large and clean swimming pool where you could cool off on hot days. The contact with Massimo was without reservations. He always wrote back within a few minutes and if we needed anything, he was always available. In the kitchen, there were basic food products to make coffee and eat something after a long journey. In addition, we received delicious wine, and as soon as it was missing, he always brought new ones. On the last day, we had delicious croissants for breakfast. I highly recommend this home. Everything was perfect. And we hope to return there.

Our stay here was amazing! The host was extremely friendly and helped us bring our suitcases in when she saw us struggling to bring them up the hill. She gave us a map of the area along with recommendations for restaurants and things to do. She was super communicative and helpful whenever we needed anything! The airbnb is beautiful and I wish we could’ve stayed longer. The view is amazing and we felt super comfortable and welcome. We fell in love with San Marino and will definitely be back with the same hosts and place!

Honestly, Deborah was the perfect host for several reasons. Beyond being incredibly kind and understanding, she really tuned into what I needed. I mentioned that this was my first time in a town like this and that I was hoping to hibernate for a few days, and her place felt like the perfect fit. She went above and beyond to make the check-in process smooth, even offering to pick me up from the train station and take me to the grocery store—on a Sunday, no less, when most places were closed and options were limited. Her home was serene, even more beautiful than the photos, and I immediately felt safe and at ease in the neighbourhood. I also loved how central it was to most things, like a spa, fruit/vegetable store, cafes, restaurants and convenience stores. In a world that often feels like it’s growing less kind, Deborah truly understands the heart of hospitality. :)

You can stay in a historic house full of character, located in the most beautiful part of Rimini—right in the heart of life. Surrounded by wonderful restaurants, you can enjoy the vibrant atmosphere just outside your door, with two chairs at the entrance while your child sleeps peacefully inside. You won’t miss a moment of life. I highly recommend it to everyone.

Pictures don’t do the property and spectacular view justice. We had an amazing family holiday, our host couldn’t have been more accommodating, even leaving us kind gifts. Location was perfect (close enough to town and the airport but feeling secluded), having a bathroom each was great, and again that view was stunning. It all made for a perfect family trip :)

This is the second year that we have stayed in Mauro's house with our 16-month-old baby and a Dobermann, and I believe that this will remain a fixed, unmissable stop for us to spend our summer holidays. A large, fully fenced outdoor space, a quiet area and a cozy and clean apartment, equipped with all the services, make this an optimal solution for those who, like us, decide to spend their holidays with their 4-legged friend. At the same time, the proximity to the center of Riccione and the complete availability of Mauro, who can be reached at any time and for any eventuality, instills security in full respect of privacy, making the stay ideal even for the little ones. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

Close to shops, etc. by car. 15 minutes by car to the sea. Large spaces both inside and out. Very nice and personal. Wonderful pool area. 4 toilets and showers.

A dream week in the Marche region with the whole tribe: cousins, sisters, parents, dog and mother-in-law (yes, even her). The villa? A paradise. Top pool, therapeutic whirlpool (also for the nerves), BBQ for serial grillers. Stefano and Alessandro: 10 out of 10, always present but never intrusive. Postcard panorama, comfort everywhere. We relaxed, had fun and... gained weight. We'd go back tomorrow. In fact, we'd move there.

House full of charm, wonderful nature, priceless view, the vacation you would like to do again and again. Thanks to Francesco for his kindness and discretion. We will definitely be back.

Michele’s apartments are one of the best i’ve ever been to! It was super-clean and cosy where you can feel yourself like home, a lot of space and we fell in love with balcony! You feel it is not just a flat to rent, but really somebody’s home, and it is fantastic! All what you can need is provided and even more! Washing and dishwashing machines, ironboard and iron, air conditioner etc. Location is just perfect - close to the sea and old city, but not in the touristic area, rather residential, but you can reach center in 20 minutes on foot. Parking slots always were available next to the building or 2-3 mins walk (in September). Michele and Beatrice are very communicative and reply to all the questions promptly. We loved staying at Casa Beatrice and if we come again - we will stay there! I highly recommend Casa Beatrice to everyone coming to Senigallia!

Great accommodation. Beautiful house and friendly and helpful host. Even though the host lives in the house, we did not see or hear him, it was very comfortable. We did not use the living room downstairs, we moved a small sofa to the kitchen and moved the table, it was convenient. The Internet is not very fast, but if you put the router in the kitchen to the window, then there is enough signal to watch online TV.

The description is exactly at the house. Lots of privacy. Fantastic view. Very clean and very friendly host. Warmly welcomed upon arrival and a clear explanation. There are two real booklets made with tips to do in the area. Furthermore, the private chef is highly recommended. Super good food and learned a lot about Italian cuisine. Patience with cooking is the magic word. Simple, but oh so tasty. Luca is a really friendly chef. The house is cozily furnished with all amenities. We were able to enjoy the garden and pool (partly because of the very nice weather). Despite the time of the year and water temperature 18 degrees, we regularly sat around the pool and were able to have a drink and swim. We can't wait to go again. this place is really a hidden gem. it's on the top of a mountain, very private, very quiet. the house itself is very clean, very well equiped and even better then in the pictures. if you are looking for rest, peace and quiet, go there. the pool, the garden, the terasses, are perfect. Also valentina and family are extremely friendly and fast to help with anything. would definitly recomend

Ideal suite for those who want to escape from the city and immerse themselves in the greenery of the Marche. The design of the structure is well-finished and suitable for every comfort. The central pool is the highlight of the house, the view of the hills is the crowning glory.

Thank you very much for 6 wonderful days of vacation in this beautiful town. The apartment met all our expectations. Alice prepared everything we needed. A new apartment with great amenities such as an elevator and a washing machine. I definitely recommend it.

A comfort small flat in a perfect location, highly suggested for couples with 1 kid

We stayed in this house for 11 days and had a very good time. The apartment, with thorough cleaning, is equipped with everything you need in every area: kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. Appreciate the TV that allows several connections ( Netflix, Amazon Prime and others) the coffee machine with several capsules available, in addition to the availability of other useful items in the kitchen, such as salt, oil, vinegar and more. The bed is very comfortable, with linen change available as well for bath linens. The private garage is very useful, and there is free parking in the immediate vicinity of the house. The location is convenient both to reach the sea in a few minutes and to visit within a few kilometers, the many medieval villages of great interest set on the green hills of Marche. We thank Alessio and his mother for the courtesy with which they welcomed us and gave them a warm and warm greeting!

I can't say enough good things about our holiday, our family of 5, were so well catered for by Kristy and James. The apartment was perfect and the pool was a hit with the kids. the garden was very peaceful with beautiful view of the hills and valley. We received lots of helpful tips and suggestions which made our stay very enjoyable. We truly enjoyed our stay and would thoroughly recommend! Thank you so much for everything!

My amazing choice in Rimini!!! Fantastic cute cozy apartment near the sea!!! Very modern, nice decoration, very clean!!! Big window with the view to the park:) I feel that owners love this house:)) everything near shops, restaurants, from train station around 15 min walking:)) I want come back!!! Only one thing what I really missed is mirror:( in the bathroom is very small:(

Salvina and Giovanni were fantastic. They welcomed us with affection, prepared the house with great care and excellent hospitality! They did it with a kind heart and soul, thank you very much! The house enjoys a panoramic view of the sea, the interiors have everything you need and one of the best features is the outdoor shower (the view remains unbeatable)! Very clean environment! Numana is a small, typical, and charming town, the pebble beaches are well maintained, and the sea is clean and pleasant. Highly recommended!!!

We stayed a week at Margherita's Tavern and we really enjoyed it! In a small space there is everything you need! Great huge shower and air conditioning available, as well as some snacks! The location of the Taverna allows you to reach Senigallia in a quarter of an hour passing through wonderful landscapes and immersed in the Marche hills! Very kind and always available host!

Very nice apartment with large outdoor space literally 20 m from the sea, complete with everything. Kitchen complete with every accessory and brand new bathroom. The only small flaw is the distance between the two bedrooms
