Welcome to the fabulously beautiful, world-famous Chiemgau,  Close to Lake Chiemsee in the Alps, near Reit im Winkel and Austria's ski resorts, between the Hochplatte and Hochgern mountains, where the "Tiroler Achen" flows towards Lake Chiemsee, lies the beautiful climatic resort of Marquartstein. This is where we, as the host family, are at home. Our lovingly furnished vacation apartment offers enough space for 5–6 guests (approx. 90 sqm) to also be able to relax. Wunderschöne moderne 62 Quadratmeter große Ferienwohnung im Herzen des malerischen Ortes Unterwössen. Modern ausgestattet mit Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, Ofen, Mikrowelle und Herd. Eine kleine Terrasse, auf die sowohl die Morgen- als auch die Abendsonne scheint, mit Tisch und Stühlen, sowie Holzkohlengrill steht Ihnen auch zur Verfügung. Ein romantisches Himmelbett im Schlafzimmer und ein großes Schlafsofa (Schlaffläche 1,60x2m) im Wohnbereich sorgen für erholsamen Schlaf.

With a lot of personal effort and passion, the apartment "Zum Lenei" was newly built in 2023. The apartment was named after the first name of the deceased grandmother "Lenei" as a sign of appreciation. Grandma's favorite pieces meet modern chalet style and thus provide a place of coziness. The large balcony offers a perfect view of the Chiemgau mountains and beautiful sunsets. The apartment is suitable for families, couples and groups of up to 6 people.
