Sweet Winds is delightful set back in time farm property located 1 mile inland from Lake Huron in the Upper Peninsula. The house is a blend between a cottage, UP cabin, and farm. Its cozy in the winter and nature in abundance in the warmer months. Wildlife is abundant with a lot to observe and star filled skies. The 10 acre farm is located centrally to St. Ignace (15-20 mins), Les Cheneaux Islands (15 mins) and Sault Ste Marie ( 45 mins), Easy to get to other Eastern UP destinations.

With 200+ ft of sandy beach waterfront , there are views of the Canadian shores across the bay,freighter ships passing by, abundant wildlife and sunsets over they bay all from a beautiful firepit at the waters edge. Into more play then, hiking,biking,boating,kayaking,fishing,swimming, SUP or just plain relaxing are right out the back door.

We have just added an outdoor sauna to this fabulous cabin in the woods behind our house. Although there is only 1 proper bedroom there is a sleeping loft with a queen size bed and window overlooking the hardwood forest. We also have a pull-out couch. Guests have complete privacy and everything provided for a comfortable stay This is a cabin with peaceful relaxation in mind....no loud parties or anything of that nature. Come and enjoy northern Michigan's beauty in all seasons.

The apartment is the downstairs of a duplex in a quiet safe neighborhood. The upstairs is also an Airbnb and can also be booked for 2 additional bedrooms and a second bath and kitchen. The downstairs Airbnb space is cozy and well lit, with hardwood floors throughout. There is a large gas fireplace in the living room, and washer and dryer in the basement. The kitchen is fully equipped.
