Gîte 4P Campagne between Nantes & Rennes

Welcome to La Garenne, in our farmhouse, operated by the family for 4 generations in dairy production, and in organic farming since 1998. Recently renovated with local and eco-conscious materials, this "studio" style cottage welcomes you to the beautiful donation valley, between nature and farm animals. It features a living room on the ground floor, consisting of a fully equipped kitchen. Upstairs you will find a bedroom suite that can accommodate 4 people to sleep.

Pop Studio opens onto the garden.

The colorful studio is located on the ground floor of our 19th century house, with a separate entrance. The studio overlooks the shared garden for you to enjoy. There are tables for eating outside in the shade of the palm trees. The studio is very quiet, not overlooked. To access it, read the arrival guide carefully ;=) You are in charge of cleaning... or you have the option to choose the cleaning package with an additional charge of €20, to be requested when booking.

House

House located in a small village 5 minutes from Guemene-Penfao where you will find all amenities (supermarket, restaurants, bar, laundromat, pharmacy, bakeries...) Quick access to Derval, Plesse, Nozay, Blain, Grand Fougeray. The I Dédé Niable bar offers bread and pastries on Saturday and Sunday mornings. House with 1 floor without exterior, independent entrance. Ideal for 1 couple, 2 friends or 2 people traveling for business. 2 beds of 90 or 1 bed of 180.

Independent accommodation in the town center

Welcome to the heart of the village of Nozay in Loire-Atlantique. We welcome you to a completely renovated accommodation that is located in an independent annex of our home, on the garden side. You will therefore be completely autonomous for your comings and goings. Outside parking is free. The village is dynamic and has many shops and restaurants. Please note that we are in the church square, the bells ring from 7am to 10pm.

Gîte du Breil

You will enjoy a new and comfortable house in a peaceful environment. The proximity of the Don and the Juzet Valley will offer nature lovers many activities, canoeing, walking and mountain biking. Located 45 minutes from Nantes and Rennes, 1 hour from La Baule, 30 minutes from Redon and Chateaubriant, this gîte is ideally located for quick access to all the points of interest in the region.

La Huche – Country House

The barn is an outbuilding of the farmhouse inhabited by the owners, located in a place called, 45 minutes from Nantes and 60 minutes from Rennes. The house is located at the end of a cul-de-sac, in a rural and quiet environment with private terrace overlooking the garden, not overlooked. There is parking in front of the entrance.

Derval Apartment

The apartment is located between Rennes and Nantes in the village of Derval, in the city center. It is 1 minute from all shops, bakeries, bar, tobacco, restaurant and 5 minutes from the Orange Bleu gym and Super U upstairs, a living room, kitchen, TV, Wi-Fi and above, there is 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. Small corner of nature by the water, you can enjoy the terrace to relax, with its magnificent view of the pond. The house has a private bedroom, also an extra sofa bed for two beds. The kitchen is fully equipped. Bathroom with walk-in shower. A pleasant setting for a moment of connection to nature.

Relax in this quiet and stylish place. Newly built, annexed to our main residence, the accommodation is very close to the large forest of Gavre. At the crossroads of the Pays de Loire and Brittany (Blain - Redon), you have beautiful tourist discoveries to make in the surrounding area.
