Great value for money stayed with family and we made great use of the leisure facilities which are excellent. The location is great as it’s near lots of attractions and great for walking lots within walking distance too we loved exploring the area via the woods. There are a couple of pubs a fantastic park and a McDonalds only a few minutes walk. The accommodation is basic but modern and clean.

Decent little find this, four bed house tucked away in a quiet housing area. Easy to check in at the leisure centre for the keys, didn't use the facility but they do a decent well priced brekki. House is clean, beds are comfy and the shower runs hot. Jobs a good one for a couple of nights, would recommend.

amazing place. 10 of us stayed for a weekend event in the NEC and this was a 5 minute drive away. This was the perfect location to get to the NEC where we were working the whole weekend. After a busy day it was great to go back to the house which was quiet and peaceful. A very short walk to the nearest train station which was only 1 stop away from the NEC. The host was super responsive and prompt at replying too. Would definitely recommend for anyone who needs a clean, tidy and close place to the NEC that is well priced and quiet!

Overall a lovely place to stay. Responsive hosts who were very informative so no issues understanding instructions and amenities. Check-in was easy and was as instructions described. Nice and close to local shops and food places so quite walkable. Area was somewhat peaceful, road wasn't too busy but slightly noisy at night after 10pm. All rooms were clean including linen and bathroom. Beds were comfortable. Generally would recommend to anyone wanting to visit Birmingham or the NEC center. Would stay again.

We are so grateful to Richard for his hospitality and beautiful home. My family and are were due to leave London within the hour and our original accommodation cancelled. Richard communicated with us so well, and was flexible in allowing us to check in a little early given the circumstances. Lovely property, very warm and homely, was great also that our dog had good garden space to stretch his legs. I thoroughly recommend anyone to stay here!

This AirBnB is nothing short of perfection. The place is luxurious and clean. The hosts have impeccable attention to the details. Plenty of space, natural light and fresh air. The Alpacas and lambs are beautiful to see through the big glass doors every morning as the sun rises over the rolling hills. We left relaxed and rejuvenated. Henley Village around the corner also has great cafes and restaurants. Highly recommended.
