The accommodation occupies the first floor of a nice stone outbuilding, it is bright, completely renovated and equipped for 4 people. Small balcony with views of Martel. The garden is fenced and you can have lunch there using the barbecue or the plancha.

Totally independent studio, on the ground floor of my newly built house, in a small subdivision, 2 minutes from the center of MARTEL. From the courtyard, overlooking the village with the "truffadou" steam tourist train in the foreground. Martel is a pretty medieval city in the north of the Lot, a dynamic village with all shops. Many tourist attractions nearby. I live above the studio, I have 2 adorable cats and 1 dog (golden retriever) that you may come across.

Beautiful cave house in La Roque Gageac.
