Monthly Rentals in Martell

We’ve stayed at the grain bin previously, so we knew it was comfy, quirky and good for us. Kay provided wonderful breakfasts each day, plus assorted snacks and beverages. We love the rural location with gravel roads, roosters crowing, quiet nights and random critters. Note: they advertise having an EV charger, but this is not accurate. They have a 220 outlet on the exterior of an outbuilding. BYO everything else! We were unable to charge our vehicle, as we were expecting to find an actual EV charger.

Great place! Worked perfect for our weekend, close to wedding venue, quiet, lots of space and outdoor area for kids to run of energy! Pool was amazing and great deck to relax outside! Close to amenities in town also!

Everything was as advertised. Nice neighborhood we walked around it when weather permitted. Convenient location!

Excellent stay, exactly what we needed. our kids loved running around in the grassy area. Would highly recommend for anyone who would enjoy a tiny house.
