Very friendly and accommodating hostess, always immediately available, gave good recommendations regarding activities, restaurants, etc. Very clean house, absolutely as described, very nice location, almost not visible from the street, large completely fenced garden, therefore also great for dogs. Many resting options around the house, chairs and loungers absolutely fine. Parking on the property would be sufficient for several cars. WiFi works perfectly. Everything in the house works, which unfortunately is not always a given! Beach within walking distance in about 300m, at low tide huge sandy beach with beautiful view of the cliffs. Dog-friendly, at least in May. I'm sure we'll be back!

We had a very good night at this charming village house close to the sea. Everything was as described and we were even able to meet Xavier at the nearby pool (covered and heated).

Great stay, beautiful home. Could have stayed much longer. Secure parking was important and we had a gated drive with space for three cars. Excellent. Thank you.

It was lovely staying in Pascale's place close to the heart of Lyons-la-Forêt. It's a quaint, medieval village and the Airbnb is a 5 minute walk to the village centre. It's exactly as described and looks like it does in the photos, and Pascale is a very responsive and friendly host. The stairs up to the second bedroom are quite narrow so not for someone with accessibility issues, otherwise it's a perfect base for exploring the village and the surrounding region. Thank you!

Great, weekend at the mermaid suite. The view is superb, the room with the pool view is majestic. Thanks to Monika for this great weekend. The self check-in and service are great. I highly recommend :).

Perfect place for 2 people. facing the sea. close to the pool, useful in rainy weather. we had a peaceful stay in an atypical accommodation.

We had such a lovely stay at this beautiful home. The garden and pool is really special and the house feels clean, modern and stylish. It’s really well stocked with plenty of essentials and extras. Stephane, Anais and Aurore were very responsive throughout and were flexible when our departure was a little delayed due to travelling with a newborn. We barely left the pool but the area has lots of great villages to explore. The local village vending machine with baguettes and croissants is great fun. Will definitely come back!

What a fabulous little place, we loved our few days there. It was extremely clean and comfortable with beautiful surroundings. The pool was fantastic and we had great weather to enjoy it. We enjoyed a circular walk from the house to Caudabec en Caux returning along the river. We found a great restaurant too! Thoroughly recommend this lovely place which was great for our dog too. Fabulous hosts completed our stay!

We had such an amazing stay here, Valerie is such a wonderful host, who was very thoughtful and attentive to detail, Even leaving us a bottle of alcohol as a gift and being very helpful in making sure we had anything we may need for our stay. The Cottage was gorgeous and the garden was perfect for our dog. Our dog did not want to leave. We loved the heated pool too!. It was the perfect stay. We hope to come back, Thankyou Valerie

well located apartment close to the city center and the sea in a very quiet street. we were able to park next door and we enjoyed the elevator. The impeccable accommodation for a good weekend. thank you to Mélodie and Philippe.

Extremely warm and caring welcome from our hosts Brigitte and Rémi, who took great care of us. The cottage is in accordance with the description and is very good value for money. There is a very pleasant area of the garden reserved for tenants with a table and deckchairs. You can park the car easily inside the property, safely (gate closed all day). We were delighted with our stay!

Pleasant stay, the accommodation was well furnished and easy to access. It's quite clean and the apartment is tidy and the furniture layout is also very clean. It is close to the center which is a real plus if you want to visit the city of Dieppe.

Very warm welcome with a small welcome gift, which is always a pleasure. Brigitte is a lovely host. The space was very clean and had very good bedding. We were able to enjoy the large garden (and our dog too. He was delighted!). A small downside is the location of the listing along a road. You can hear cars during the day, but at night everything is quiet. It should also be noted the absence of a real bathroom (the shower cubicle is separate from the bathroom), but we get there very quickly and that didn't stop us from having a great stay. Do it again!
