Enjoy a 3rd floor accommodation with a lovely view of the harbor, elegant and central, close to all amenities restaurants at the foot of the accommodation, shops, beach, train station, cinema, casino, museums, market and all within walking distance. We have done everything to make it pleasant and comfortable so you can have a pleasant stay, it has a bedroom with dining area overlooking the harbor, large screen TV, independent from the equipped kitchen with table and chairs, small office area.

Melmont House

Large house in the Normandy countryside, very quiet, on the edge of the Seine loops, 20 minutes from Rouen (historic districts) and 45 minutes from the sea (Veules-les-Roses, Dieppe, Etretat). In the middle of the fields, surrounded by animals (sheep, donkeys, chickens). The house consists of a large living room with fireplace, a large dining room (12 people) and an equipped kitchen. Outside, free access to the large garden, terrace (barbecue, garden furniture) and vegetable garden.

We have a second cottage (Ma petite neuvillaise) that you will find a little further on the site.

You will enjoy the beach 50 m away and the stunning view of the plain immortalized by Claude Monet with his famous painting "La Gare Monet" painted during his stays in Pourville cf photo view of the house. You can also enjoy oysters with friends and family in front of the house. The green bike path "Vélo Route du Lin" will allow you to discover the hinterland. The GR21 will take you hiking on the heights of the coastal cliffs.
