Fitness-friendly holiday rentals in Maryland Beach

Spent a long weekend here and it was amazing. Easy walk to the beach and the room was amazing. Didn’t feel like all four of us were on top of each other. It is an amazing location with restaurants and other things to do either at walking distance or a quick drive. Would definitely recommend and hopefully will stay here again in the near future!

Beautiful, clean home that was perfect for vacation for family of 7. Great location with lots to do. We took advantage of the fitness facility, pool, beach, pickle ball, playground, community grills, tram and Sea Colony shops. Caroline was extremely easy to communicate with as she was highly responsive and proactive in providing helpful information. Would definitely recommend.

Here's what my mom had to say: This place is awesome. Although weather didn't cooperate for sitting on the balcony for long, the sunrises were phenomenal. Everything we needed was there and it provided a great "family" time. Definitely an "A plus" in every way! As far as me, everything was amazing. The view, the decor, the communication, the location. Probably one of the best Airbnb stays ever. Beds are super comfortable and each room has access to the view and the balcony. Easy walk to the beach and super easy access to amenities including movie theater, playground, basketball court and pool. Can't say anything bad about this place and would stay here again in a heartbeat. Thanks again, Jack. I appreciate all the communication and proactive information.

We loved staying here. The apartment had really nice appliances and was very well stocked with everything you need, including beach chairs and a beach umbrella. It was extremely clean and exactly as described. It’s like a 6-7 minute drive to the beach, and we were able to find metered parking easily. The nice thing is you don’t need to go on the highway to get to the beach. We also used the bikes she provided to go on the bike path near the house. We really loved it here and would stay again! Suzanne was a great host and very communicative.

We enjoyed this condo! The Capri is in a great location. The building has security, multiple elevators, convenient bins for loading/unloading your things, a large indoor pool open from 10am-10pm most days, plus an arcade, tennis courts & a small indoor basketball court. The unit also has an assigned parking spot. The bedrooms were as described & we had enough space our group of 6. The living room & dining room areas were large & nicely decorated. The kitchen lacked some of the basic supplies so it was a little difficult for cooking, but I imagine more will be added as this is a newer rental & we were able to make it work for a weekend trip. Having a washer & dryer in the unit was also very convenient! The blinds in the bedrooms & the kitchen cabinets were a little dirty, but otherwise the condo was clean. I would stay here again.

We had a great stay. Elva was very responsible. The condo was very clean. The pictures matched the condo. There were lots of little touches to make us feel at home. We were able to easily walk to the beach. The pool was clean and private. It was perfect for our family

We had a great stay! The unit is small and super clean and well laid out, with a great bathroom—excellent water pressure and a nice high showerhead. Kitchen has pretty much everything you need. Sleeping arrangements include a Murphy bed and a pull-out couch, each a double—comfortable for one person or two who like to snuggle. Only one can be open at a time due to the layout so we slept one on the couch (unopened) and one on the Murphy bed (super comfortable). The rental company was fantastic—very responsive and easy to communicate with. The building has great amenities: a fun billiards room (16 and older), a nice pool, and beautiful bay views from the ground level in the pool area. It’s also a short walk to the beach and lots of great restaurants. We’d happily stay again!

I loved the stay. I walked in and felt right at home because the access instructions were easy to follow and Nicole was also very responsive. Will definitely stay here again!

Our condo was beautiful! The room was clean and tidy and decorated appropriately for the setting with a homey yet modern feel. Tammy had everything we needed to stay 4 days plus some, down to ibuprofen amd beach chairs! The full kitchen and washer and dryer was much needed and some of my favorites with a family of 5! the view was outstanding and the Golden Sands tiki bar was a huge hit. This was our first vacation to Ocean City, and we will be going every year for now on, with hopes of staying in Tammys condo everytime!

We are already looking forward to a trip back! This was a perfect spot for our family of 3. The view was beautiful from sunrise to sunset and the location is great! Everything in driving distance! We had a blast in Ocean City! We had one rainy day so we hit the indoor pool which was super convenient to enjoy with our 8yr old. Michele is a great host and was super helpful with check in instructions along with providing recommendations for us for restaurants and activities. Thanks so much for everything! :)

Beautiful location that feels private in Ocean City. Our children loved the playground and we loved the view!

My family and I loved this condo. it was perfect size for both families that stayed. Great views of beach. Celina was so great and responds so quick. Her condo is in a great hotel with so much to do. We will definitely back next year. Thank you for everything Celina.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay here! We took full advantage of our ocean view balcony and beach access. We would definitely stay here again! The place was squeaky clean and exactly as described! We felt right at home here.

We came to town for the Oceans Calling music festival and this unit served us very well for our purposes. It was clean enough and had everything we needed for two people. The neighborhood is 10-15 minutes north of the busier boardwalk area which we enjoyed - it’s quiet and a little nicer. Just a heads up that the condominium front desk are NOT polite or helpful if you’re not the owner of the unit. So if you’re in need of assistance I recommend contacting the unit owner via the Airbnb app.

Sean was definitely a super host from start to finish. The view from the balcony was peaceful. Sean reached out several times during our stay to make sure we were ok. When I did have questions he was quick to answer! I will definitely be back!

Great house and the community was very well maintained. My kids loved the amenities that came with the community, including the pool and the small, but kid friendly beach. Overall, this was the nicest Airbnb house we have stayed in. We’d love to come back.

This was one of the best rentals our family has ever stayed in—beautiful, clean, comfortable, great location, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we could possibly need! We especially loved the hot tub, massage chair, and ALL the games (e.g. arcade, air hockey, skeeball, foosball, basketball) that kept everyone entertained. We got great use of the pool and gym at the clubhouse, which also conveniently offered a shuttle to the beach. The beach gear made our days on the sand easy and fun, and the kayaks were a fantastic bonus. Host communication was excellent- extensive instructions and information including local recommendations. This is was our second stay at this property and it never disappoints. We truly love this house and the host is amazing. It has become an annual tradition and we will return!

I could not be happier with the overall experience. Amy responded immediately and in detail to all questions. The home was beautiful and very well maintained.

What a wonderful place! The owners thought of everything and then some. Way more was available than actually listed. Our family ranged from 80 to 6 yrs old and we were able to accommodate every need. The kitchen had more gadgets then we could use in a week. But we tried! We made pizza, grilled, baked, broiled, steamed and fried so many wonderful meals. The kids fished, scooted and made some amazing forts. At night we enjoyed great conversation and played some games. The home is perfect for families. We loved our time there and thought the owners were very responsive and terrific to work with. And this was our first time to Bethany. The location was great to the beach and other great places like ice cream and miniature golf. We will definitely consider staying here on our next trip to Bethany. Thank you!
