Inspired by Anne of Green Gables and beautifully remodeled by Beach & Blvd, this 1915 lakehouse will bring a wonderful sense of serenity to your next escape. This waterfront home is located on Lake Martha, a 60-acre body of water that's great for swimming, boating, and year-round fishing. Enjoy the private dock, a large shaded porch, firepit, BBQ and an expansive lawn rolling down to the lake's edge. Gas-powered motorboats not permitted. 2 kayaks, pedal boats, and standup paddleboards provided.

Enjoy breathtaking views of the Sound and Olympic Mountains while relaxing on one of the three decks of our newly remodeled waterfront home. Our modern beach house features three spacious upstairs bedrooms around a separate sitting area, a large living and dining space downstairs, and bathrooms on both levels. The pool is heated to 85°F from April through October and is closed during the rest of the year. The hot tub is fully heated between 6pm - 6am.

River's Bend Cottage-Scenic River & Mountain Views

We have been using Airbnb for years, and are now super excited to begin our journey as hosts! This is a lovely cottage home with great views of Snohomish river and Cascade mountains. Access to the river is a short 3 block walk, where walking trails are plenty. You will find yourself a couple of minutes from either downtown Everett, or downtown Snohomish. Take in the many cute eateries, and antique shops, and water front views that both of these cities have to offer!
