This home was well located and was exactly what we needed for our 7 day visit to Maryville for my son's wedding. Close to the University where he and his wife work. We did not spend a lot of time in the rental as we were busy site seeing and visiting. The home met our needs just fine.

Being from Kansas City and needing to venture northland for a funeral in the Tarkio/Westboro/Rockport area, our host took away any anxiety we had about the geographically unknown area. Our host made it so easy to find, the property was remodeled beautifully and the comforts and decor allowed us to take our concern away from where to stay and concentrate on why we were there, for our beautiful family friend that recently passed. Our hearts were heavy, but our surroundings felt like home with all the comforts of such. We slept so well, felt 100% safe, and all the furniture was clean, comfortable and very cozy. Thank you for everything and if we ever want/need to stay in the area, this will be our first choice!

Cozy Stays was a wonderful home to spend the weekend in for a family wedding! We felt right at home! Each room was decorated so cute! There were games for the family during our down times and a great couch for all to have plenty of space! We all mentioned several times during our stay how nice the home was!
