This 3-bedroom cottage in Pocasset is perfect for your Cape Cod vacation. Queen, full and 2 twin beds set up offer versitile options for sleeping. Enjoy beautiful western facing waterviews of Buzzards Bay, escpecially nice are the sunsets over the water. Private association beach is shallow and great for discovering all the exciting beach dwellers, there is a dock for jumping and swimming, a jetty for fishing or just a stroll, there is a playground with basketball nets, close to village.

Simple but cozy cottage on an acre property next to the main house. Moderate sized bedroom and living room. Small kitchen and bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking. Air conditioning is a portable unit and only in the bedroom. Games, books, and puzzles provided. There is no cable but a smart TV is included with access to Netflix etc. if you have an account. Outdoor area includes charcoal grill and seating . Large back yard with yard games, basketball hoop and fire pit.
