Welcome! We are the owners/ builders of this house constructed in 2016 and live in the main house beside it. It has its own entrance and sits above the garage for great views of the creek, Intracoastal Waterway beyond, and sunrises each morning. The Cozy Cabin is close to Wrightsville Beach, downtown Wilmington, Airlie Gardens, nightlife, the airport, and parks. It is bright, spacious, and full of custom touches and amenities. For kayakers, a dock and access to the water are within steps.

Framed by hundreds of years old live oak trees, The Cove is situated on an acre of ground, convenient to area beaches and shopping. Guests must be 21 or older. Two guest max!!! Also, I get a lot of requests for small pets. Due to safety and health concerns, I cannot accommodate any pets at all. That includes service or support animals. I live on the property in the main house. Cottage is behind house. No 3rd party booking allowed. The person checking in must be the person that booked and the person that's name is on the account. If you are interested in booking the cottage. No smoking/vaping of anything inside cottage.

Bamboo Bungalow * 1 BR Suite with Private Entrance

This guest suite consists of one bedroom (King bed) and a full bath. The private entrance is located on the front porch and the space is closed off from rest of the home. Space does not include a living room or kitchen. but there is a small refrigerator, microwave, coffee-maker, comfortable sitting space, and a large porch to relax. There is also an air purifier in the room- with HEPA filtration, removing 99.9 of all particles in the air. The space is the size of an average hotel room.

Well equipped kitchen: refrigerator, full stove/oven, microwave, toaster, blender, coffee makers, pots, pans, dishes, utensils. Breakfast makings on hand. Media room with Smart TV, comfy seating, computer work station. Large, roomy master bedroom w/ king size bed OR TRANSFORMS INTO TWO TWINS. Bath adjoins bedroom, walk in shower, no tub. Beaches, downtown Wilmington, UNCW, all within a 15 minute drive.

We had an exceptional stay at Southend Serenity in Wrightsville Beach. Tim and Heidi, thank you for providing such a beautifully appointed, peaceful, and spotless apartment. The space was perfect for two, offering all the comforts we needed and convenient beach access just steps away. It was a treat to sit on the beach and watch the surfers, windsurfing and kiteboarding. Your restaurant recommendations for Ceviche’s and King Neptunes proved to be excellent. We’re discussing a return visit this fall!

Coastal Farmhouse by waterway, beaches, & downtown

We really enjoyed staying here! Conveniently located right in the middle between downtown Wilmington and Wrightsville Beach, about 15 minutes drive to either. The house is tucked away in a corner of the hosts property with plenty of space and privacy. The space itself was very clean and had nice amenities, and we were surprised with freshly baked bread and eggs from the hosts farm, a super nice touch! Kristen was very responsive and helpful, including providing an extensive list of local recommendations for dinner when we asked. We definitely want to stay here again.

Beautiful home so close to restaurants, shops, and beaches! Nice, safe neighborhood. Neighborhood pier so fun to sit on and watch wildlife! Home is roomy and decorated beautifully! Very dog friendly with the huge fenced back yard. Would definitely stay again soon!! Thanks for letting us stay in your lovely home!!!
