Morvoren Cottage is just 4 blocks from the water and a 10 minute walk to the heart of downtown with private off-street parking. Have a drink on your private porch then catch a concert at the Live Oak Pavilion or Greenfield Lake. Nearby is the Castle Street District with tasty eateries and brunch! Plus, it's just a 20 minute drive to Wrightsville or Carolina Beaches!

The Surf Lodge

3 blocks from the ocean and 1/2 block from the Carolina Beach Lake trail. Ample parking and private sun deck/shaded patio to wind down after the beach. Freshly renovated and decorated in March 22'. The Cove

Framed by hundreds of years old live oak trees, The Cove is situated on an acre of ground, convenient to area beaches and shopping. Most major food chains and big box stores are within a 5 minute drive. Additionally many local eateries are nearby. Carolina beach is an easy 10 minutes drive, historic downtown Wilmington and river walk are 15 minutes, while Wrightsville beach and major shopping malls are 20 minutes. The Cove At Myrtle Grove

Come relax and enjoy this comfy house nestled along the Intracoastal Waterway and ​the Masonboro​ Island Reserve​. Enjoy many waterfront views from inside the cottage, outside on the deck, around the fire-pit, playing games, or on the hosts' private pier. You can see lots of boats, a wide variety of native wildlife, sunrises, and more. Pier activities include fishing, lounging, or docking your own small boat, kayaks, etc. Minutes from the beaches, board walks, fine dining, boating, and more.

The Artist's Cottage

Guests must be 21 or older. Two guest max!!! Also, I get a lot of requests for small pets. Due to safety and health concerns, I cannot accommodate any pets at all. That includes service or support animals. I live on the property in the main house. Cottage is behind house. No 3rd party booking allowed. The person checking in must be the person that booked and the person that's name is on the account. If you are interested in booking the cottage. No smoking/vaping of anything inside cottage.

Bamboo Bungalow * 1 BR Suite with Private Entrance

This guest suite consists of one bedroom (King bed) and a full bath. The private entrance is located on the front porch and the space is closed off from rest of the home. Space does not include a living room or kitchen. but there is a small refrigerator, microwave, coffee-maker, comfortable sitting space, and a large porch to relax. There is also an air purifier in the room- with HEPA filtration, removing 99.9 of all particles in the air. The space is the size of an average hotel room.

Little Salt Guest House: steps from the water

Newly renovated guest house on a quiet, coastal street. Enjoy a relaxing five minute walk to the intracoastal waterway at the end of the street or take a quick drive to Trails End Park. A convenient and tranquil location about 15-20 minutes to Carolina Beach or Wrightsville Beach. The neighborhood has a private water access that is perfect for launching kayaks or SUPs . The house comes with an outdoor shower with hot and cold water. We are dog friendly but require a $70 pet fee per pet.

This portion of the yard is fenced in for pets. There is a gas grill and firepit. The captain's quarters is a loft with a king bed. The berth includes a full pullout couch and twin bunk beds. Local restaurants are <1 mile away. Downtown and Wrightsville Beach are <15 min drive. Hidden treasure awaits!
