The cottage is 1 km from the village of Sérignan-du-Comtat. It is located on our plot while being independent and not overlooked. You will have around you vineyards, olive trees and the Uchaux massif. Come and enjoy a quiet stay, alone, as a couple or with family. In Drôme Provençale, next to Grignan, between vineyards and lavender, our cottage is the only one on the property. It is located upstairs, for four adults, adjoining the owners' farmhouse. 48 m2 living room, with fully equipped open kitchen, relaxation area with 127 cm TV, air conditioning. 35 m2 master suite with walk-in shower, double sinks, separate toilet, air conditioning. 30 m2 mezzanine. Both beds are 160 X 200. Private terrace with Weber barbecue.

In the heart of the forest, in a 7000 m2 fenced property, 10 minutes from the highway exits of the cities of Orange and Bollène, you will find calm and serenity. Hikers, cyclists, epicureans, nature lovers, all you have to do is go through the gate to access your favorite activities.
