Our property is located in the heart of the Vilstal valley and yet in a completely secluded location with only meadows/pastures and forests outside. The location is absolutely quiet, but our farm is active, and work is done here. We have many chickens, suckler cows, bees, and our two Labrador girls, Caro & Maya, who roam around freely. We rent the annex on our farm. We live here with our two children and have mini pigs, sheep, chickens and cats. On our Aeral, there is a beautiful creek where you can take great creek hikes through the forest. There is a swimming lake about 600 meters away. Altötting is 5 minutes away, Munich is 45 minutes away and the mountains are about 1 hour away by car.
