Coppy's Refuge - The Côteaux du Léman

Between the lake and the mountains, a nice site and beautiful location for our recently renovated cottage. Great for families, the cottage is integrated into our house but totally independent and offers quality services. In a rural and quiet environment, you will enjoy the serenity of the place with a bonus of an unobstructed view facing the fields and the lake. In summer and winter, you will have quick access to the leisure and pleasures of Lake Geneva or the mountains: 10 min Evian (lake), 10 min ski resorts.

Maison mitoyenne au calme située à 2 minutes à pieds du village médiéval d'Yvoire, classé parmi les plus beaux villages de France. Vous serez séduits par sa grande pièce de vie au rdc avec un espace lecture/dessins et jeux pour petits et grands. A l'étage, 3 grandes chambres équipées de lits 160*200 dont 1 avec lit bébé. Un canapé convertible permet le couchage de 2 personnes supplémentaires. La cuisine ouverte sur le séjour est entièrement équipée, 2 salles de bain avec douches à l'italienne.

Charming 65 sqm apartment, cool in summer with its thick stone walls and warm in winter thanks to underfloor heating. Completely renovated, designed to accommodate, ground floor with terrace and private parking, a large double bedroom (king size bed 170x200) with access to the rear terrace with laundry, in the sleeping area of the open space a single bed 80×190  separated with curtains from the sofa bed (140×200) in the living space. Single-story 50 m2 accommodation for 1–4 people, with private unfenced garden, located in Filly, (Sciez Haute-Savoie), in the heart of Chablais, close to Lake Geneva and the Alps, in a Provençal farmhouse-style house. Warning: electric car charging not possible. We provide bed linens and towels. We kindly ask guests who come in pairs to let us know if they need two beds. Without specification we will prepare the double bed in the bedroom.
