La Favorita (Mataelpino)

Extraordinary find!! I was solo, but could easily accommodate 4 people. It must have been recently updated, every corner felt new, and smelled fresh. Thick stone walls and shutterable windows keep it cool and quiet. Bed was large and very comfortable. I was thrilled with the artistic styling and modern amenities—the laundry machine washes FAST, but to dry it's better to use the outside drying rack (it's quick in this climate!). Private off street parking was a big plus. The wine bar next door full of nice locals, and cheerful owner. Little convenience store open late just steps away. I was only sad that I didn't book Clara's place longer. Note: we did not speak the same language but we used a translator app and it was fine! She was so patiend and friendly. I want to adopt Clara as my Spanish auntie!

I spent a few days with my mother, who has reduced mobility, and we were very comfortable. Great location, the apartment has everything, the terrace is a plus. Mari Mar is great, thanks for everything!!

Odin's Rest. To real viking inn!

The place, both where it is located and the stay itself is great. You feel taken care of as if you met before, you have everything you need and if you are missing something they do not hesitate to try to help. A place to disconnect, get away from the city and embrace nature. Definitely to come back again.

Stone accommodation with green doors

The place was really cute, the stove was great at night because it was still cool but the rest of the day was great. I liked the decoration a lot, the sofa was a little old but nothing insurmountable. We had to use the downstairs room because I'm a little clumsy and I wake up at night to go to the bathroom and there was no need to use those stairs at night, which were a little risky for me. I say this because the downstairs bed was a little uncomfortable and made a lot of noise, but the upstairs one looked really good. I didn't like the pillows, but I always bring mine because that's very personal. The kitchen is super new and equipped with all the appliances, I just missed a toaster and a little newer kitchenware. The cottage was clean, in a very quiet place and close to the supermarket, the pharmacy and the square, so that was great too. There was a kitten asking for food, but don't worry, it doesn't come into the house. You can open it.
