Beach house holiday rentals in Matanzas Inlet

We had a Wonderful Family vacation with our dogs here! The House was very clean, very close to the beach! The Kitchen very well stocked! Very Private and clean beach. Can't wait to return next year! Owner was also very responsive and helpful. Great great experience! Highly recommend for families and pets!

We had a great stay here and will definitely be returning soon! The beach area was not crowded at all and the sand is nice and soft and great for kids. Plenty of restaurants close by and house has everything you need!

We had a great time here. The view and beach are amazing. Just steps to the water and we saw dolphins every single day that we were there. Lots of pelicans flying by throughout the day as well! Definitely recommend staying here if you’re looking for an awesome beach. There are so many beautiful shells to be found on the beach! We also found a couple shark teeth, which was very exciting! The Reef, Aunt Kate’s, and Caps are all extremely close, with the Reef being within walking distance. Both decks are amazing and really help keep you cool and out of the sun. The house has a ton of beach toys, boogie boards, and chairs to use on the beach. Tons of lizards outside, which we thought was cool. We did see a few cockroaches in the house and had a run in with a Huntsman spider, but in no way did it impact our stay and it was to be expected. It is Florida after all! The house was very clean and we loved our stay here!

We had a fantastic stay! The home was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The fully equipped kitchen made cooking easy, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The highlight was definitely the pool it was the perfect way to cool off in the Florida heat! Ben was a super responsive host and made everything smooth from start to finish. Highly recommend!

This was our second time staying at Heidi’s place and it was even better than we remembered. We felt right at home! The house is the perfect size for the two of us and our little dog. 360 degree views of the gorgeous beach can’t be beat. The home is so thoughtfully decorated and the floor plan is super spacious for this small beach home. We cannot wait to come back again soon. Thank you so much!

Monica’s home was amazing. It was spacious, beautiful, well appointed, and in a great location. She thought of every little detail. You basically don’t need to bring anything because she provides it all from pool and beach necessities to toiletries to kitchen essentials! She even provides kitchen gadgets and accessories that I don’t even have in my home! She was responsive and checked on us frequently. This was the perfect girls trip with my 3 aunts and cousins. We were so impressed we tried to book it again for October but she was already booked! I’ve stayed in many places all over the world and this was one of the nicest and most beautiful places I’ve ever stayed. I can’t wait to come back to St Augustine again! Thanks Monica!

What a gem of a place! We had a wonderful stay and enjoyed the house SO MUCH. The house was spotless, had tons of natural light, and was stocked with everything we needed for a great stay. The kids absolutely loved the hot tub and pool. How amazing that it overlooked the water... it almost felt like an infinity pool! The game room was a hit with my 9 year old and he played pool for the first time! This was surely a vacation to remember and we would gladly stay here again in a heartbeat.

My family enjoyed our stay. Plenty of room for our group of 10! Michael and his team were very responsive. We needed more towels and they were delivered within the hour. Online photos of the home were accurate. We will stay again.

our stay here was amazing! the place was clean and host was very nice and communicated regularly. it is just a short walk to a beautiful beach too. pool was nice, hot and clean. lots of little extra things like spices, ziplock bags, dish soap, and body care. the location couldn't have been more perfect for what we had wanted. thanks for a great stay!!

Extremely beautiful modern home! Loved the layout of the house! The pool was the cherry on top! Just a quick 5 minute drive to either downtown with tons of shops/restaurants or 5 mins to the beach! Will definitely be back!

Maya was EXTREMELY responsive, answered all my questions within minutes of sending her a message. The place was incredibly clean and beautifully decorated. The outside space was perfect for a family gathering. The pool and ability to dine outdoors and grill out (on a nice clean Weber Grill) was a highlight. The place accomodated our group of 8 perfectly. The living space provided a nice space for game night and eating our meals together. I would highly recommend this place. It was a quick easy walk to a very quiet, pretty beach. We will stay here again.

Pure delight in such a lovely setting! Tropical, lush clean landscape, delightful pool so relaxing and just the right size. The lanai patio was screened in , watching TV with coffee in the AM perfect. Comfy beds, nice linens, lots of space, workable pretty kitchen, outdoor shower so convenient, the tv has good choices, the grill so nice to cook on, we were amazed at the accuracy of the position of the dishwasher! Lol YOU HAVE TO STAY HERE! A short pretty walk to the vast huge beach, so nice to do what you want there, no restrictions, dogs, tents, cigars, food, drinks, you can walk for miles and the shells are fun. We had a fantastic and relaxing week staying here. The beach is gorgeous and private. The place was clean, comfortable and had all we needed to cook, relax and spend time with friends and family. Definitely would book here again.

We had a wonderful 3 month stay at this cute and cozy place! Easy to walk , bike to so many attractions, restaurants. Beach right across the street. Would definitely stay again!!

My husband and I honeymooned here.. We absolutely loved it!!! The house is beautiful and a short walk to the end of the road comes out at the beach. Gorgeous ocean view and pleasant community. I LOVED that everything in the house was labeled. It’s such a relaxing little house and I already want to come back.

The house was exactly as described and the host was a great communicator. I appreciated that they allowed large dogs unlike many of the other properties in Flagler Beach. The home is directly across the road from the beach and has a nice deck overlooking the beach. Unfortunately the people before us stole the beach chairs that were included with the house, but the host was quick to respond and refunded us for purchasing new chairs.

Firstly, I would have to say cleanliness is the most important part of selecting accommodation. This Airbnb is absolutely spotless !! It has lots of natural light and comfortable stylish furnishings. Just hop Skip and a jump to the beach. There are great shops directly across the street if you need anything such as groceries. Especially enjoyed the hot water outdoor shower. Very handy to eliminate bringing sand in the house, especially if you have children. I found there to be zero road noise :) The house is very secure & smells fresh. A nice touch to the Airbnb was water in the fridge and coffee with a well prepared kitchen supplies. Definitely recommend this cutie. Five stars all the way.

I live in Florida and take my dog and a boat on vacations to other parts of Florida. This place was perfect for the two of us. I like to cook and the kitchen was well stocked and most useable, has all the utensils you may need and the appliances seemed new. Bathroom was clean, well supplied and had plenty of hot water. Sheets, towels, pillows were perfect. Slept like a log. Neighborhood is eclectic and quiet. Straight shot about 1/4 mile to the beach access over the dunes. Absolutely wonderful place to walk with your dog, no people from resorts and condos to deal with. Go early and catch the sunrise. I enjoyed my stay.
