The CP value is high. A tidy and nice apartment with everything needed, including the fans and heater, but note that there are no air conditioners, it may be a problem if you travel in summer. The neighbourhood is safe and peaceful.

For our trip, this was perfect. Only a couple blocks from family, a block from the RSL, and plenty of small shops and cafes to eat at. It is a ways from the quays but busses and trams are cheap , accessible and easy to figure out. The property is attached to a great coffee shop that’s open quite early, it’s really quiet at night. Lynda answered us right away if we had a question. It’s a very historic building and we loved it! A few minutes walk to beaches is all.
