Welcome to the house of my childhood memories. It is located right below the castles of Neuschwanstein and Hohenschwangau, surrounded by lakes and mountains. Inspired by the contrast between heritage and sharing economies, the designer Michl Sommer and his team of featuring-amsterdam have created this microcosm inside the traditional neighbourhood of Hohenschwangau. The 180 sqm living area provides generous space, and the 1'400 sqm garden is large enough for football games.

Vacation cottage on the organic farm

You can now book our newly built vacation home at the organic farm. The bakery is just around the corner and in just a few minutes to the valley station of the Muttereralm. The connection to public transport is very good, so nothing stands in the way of a journey without a car. Since the accommodation is located on our farm, there is the possibility to help with the stable work and, if desired, to taste the products.

Newly renovated holiday home with large garden

The newly renovated and lovingly furnished house with about 115 m2 is located in the municipality of Mieders, a quiet place at the entrance of the Stubaital. From here, it's only 15 minutes to Innsbruck downtown. In a few minutes, however, there are also several ski resorts such as Serleslifte, Schlick 2000, Elferbahnen in Neustift, as well as the Stubai Glacier. The bus station is a 2 minute walk.

My grandparents built and operated this house as a small guesthouse. Where there were once separate guest rooms, there is now a newly renovated, light-flooded 100 sqm 3-room attic apartment with mountain views, in which I now live. However, since I am on the road a lot myself, I have decided to continue the tradition of the house and occasionally welcome guests. Maybe you soon?
