Holiday rentals with a pool in Matthews

It was my husband’s birthday weekend and I had our close friends come down and surprise him. The house is huge! Very beautiful home exactly as shown in the photos. It was 10 of us and we had plenty space. I think our favorite part has to be the pool table and swimming pool. We had such a good time and we definitely plan to come back to this house. The hosts were amazing with great communication from start to finish! Highly recommend

Our family of 8 adults and 2 children had a wonderful stay! The house was clean, and the outdoor pool and hot tub were well maintained. My kids loved the few water guns and inflatables that were made available for our use. House is very well appointed and well stocked with towels and kitchen supplies. Communication with Joe was easy and prompt. Highly recommended!

Great place exactly as advertised. Plenty of space and a great environment for a quiet gathering of friends.

Patrick was a wonderful host! Very responsive whenever we had a question or need. The location was perfect for a family vacation, readily accommodating seven adults and four grandkids, ages 1 to 8. Fabulous views of the lake from the house and pool deck. Our grandkids caught many fish from the dock, including a couple of nice catfish. The kayaks were easy to launch and retrieve, and our 22 foot boat fit nicely alongside the outer dock. Five stars in all regards!

5 of us stayed here for an extended family wedding. We primped and prepped and had plenty of room for that. Two of the upstairs bedrooms were smaller than I expected. The sheets, pillows, and towels were soft and clean. The beds were comfortable. There were lots of shampoo, soap and toilet paper. The common rooms were large and comfortable. The kitchen had every tool I needed. The screened in porch got a lot of use. Everyone walked around the lake and grabbed some food in Pineville. Julie was very responsive when we had questions.

This is our third time staying in Chris’ place and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! My kids loved being able to walk to the pool and the house is spacious enough for our big family. We look forward to returning again later this year. We enjoyed the back deck and barbecuing as well! Chris and Dottie have a beautiful house and really make sure their guests feel at home and keep things simple.

Rob and Heather’s home in Pineville was the perfect place for us to stay while visiting family who lived nearby. The home was well decorated and very, very clean. Every bedroom had a comfy bed, blackout curtains, and a noise machine, so we all got really great sleep! Rob and Heather were incredible hosts and proactive and responsive communicators. We will definitely be staying again the next time we’re in town!

Me and my husband booked this Home with 2 other couples to attend a best friend's wedding. The airport and most restaurants were only 15 to 20 minutes away. The home was very clean,organized, definitely big enough for 6 adults to share and get ready for a wedding with festivities. The pool and the backyard was a nice quiet refuge to soak in the sun,cool off and enjoy some peace and quiet. The kitchen had everything we needed to make snacks and enjoy a fresh cup of coffee in the morning. The laundry room was a definite plus. We loved that everything was located on the same floor as 2 of my guests have a hard time with stairs. Thank you again to the host Rodolpho for his quick responses. When in Charlotte this house is a must.

Loved this spot. The view was amazing, it was cozy, and we enjoyed the stay. Would definitely recommend and would stay again! Host was also extremely flexible with our last minute booking and getting a cleaner out to accommodate us. Highly recommend!

Great space. Would recommend to others

Sylena was an excellent host. My flight was delayed by a day, and she graciously allowed me to stay overnight despite her booking being for two days. The home looked exactly like the photos and was spotlessly clean. I’ll definitely be staying here again when I visit Charlotte next time.

Really nice place to stay at in CLT

The place was absolutely amazing, very responsive host. The scenery and peace that came with it was one of a kind. The sleep that the beds provided made me want to get new mattresses as well. On of the best airbnbs out of the 30+ I’ve stayed in .

Chanra is a wonderful host. She was understanding and responded right away to requests. I highly recommend her place. It is very nicely decorated and cozy.

Great overall experience. Mr.Leroy was very responsive whenever we needed anything from him or had questions. Very Cozy apartment. It was close to the mall and some restaurants. I am very satisfied with our experience. I would recommend bringing your favorite pillow or blanket. It helps with the overall sleep quality.
