The apartment is designed for 3 people (with special conditions it can accommodate 4 people). In the same house, a small studio apartment for 2 people is rented, which can be rented at the same time when it is free.

The location is excellent, quiet, each apartment has the option of staying outside, in the garden, nearby shop, transportation to the city center by city buses, to the popular resort of Opatija 9.6 km away or to the city beaches 1.4 km away, Kantrida beach, close to shopping centers (possible on foot, about 120 m, the nearest beach is a 15-minute walk away), next to the house is a city park and lots of greenery. The stay is suitable for families. Guest access is individual.
