Right across the street there is a small park with beautiful views over lake Zurich and the possibility to take a swim in summer. The penthouse is 20 mins from Zurich downtown by train. The train station is 5 minutes by foot. A restaurant and grocery stores are 3 minutes by foot. It is a quiet residential building and we ask you to be quiet from 10pm - 7am.

Dieses süsse Studio liegt versteckt im Grünen beim Sihlhölzli Park, aber doch in der Innenstadt von Zürich. Es bietet genug Platz für ein Paar und ist mit einem Schreibtisch, einem Geschirrspüler und einer voll ausgestatteten Küche perfekt für Wochenendaufenthalte, Sight Seeing und Arbeitsreisen. This new modern studio has one bed (1,40m), TV, free Wifi, kitchen, closed bathroom and is very close to Zurich (only 30min with the train). You have only 3min to walk to the train station.
