This 200-year-old Appenzell house towers high above Herisau AR and is lovingly called "GöttiFritz" by its owners. It shines authentically in a fantastic mountain and hill scenery – a true retreat for the soul.

You will stay in a two-story wooden house nestled within our vibrant permaculture garden. You have direct access to the swimming pond, the fire pit, cozy seating areas, and the snack garden. This is where our chickens live, the beehive hums, and dragonflies, newts, and frogs are a natural part of the scene here. You can find shops and restaurants in Vaduz (FL), Buchs (CH), or Feldkirch (AT), which are just a few minutes away by car.

The studio is located on the first floor of a detached house in a quiet area, with parking (+ garage for bicycles), small terrace and separate entrance. The apartment is equipped with a pull-out sofa (140 × 200), a single bed on a raised platform (not suitable for small children), private bathroom and small kitchen (see pictures). The house is located 5-7 minutes' walk from the train station, BZBS, OST and the city center.
