We spent a very nice and relaxing week in the Alpetalhütte. The host family welcomed us warmly. The location is perfect to discover the Berchtesgaden area, also on foot. Particularly soothing: the view from the sauna into the forest. Everything just wonderful.

Beautiful place! We loved the local hikes, summer toboggan, and exploring nearby towns.

Staying in this house was just amazing. It's much nicer in reality than the pictures. Especially the large windows make the stay so special – be it at breakfast overlooking the countryside or in the evening cozy on the couch in front of the fireplace. The house is superbly equipped – not only with all the kitchen utensils and machines you need, but also with many practical things like salt, oil, pepper, dishwasher tablets or washing powder and much more. This makes the stay pleasantly uncomplicated. The communication with Jaap was always warm, quick and very attentive. You can tell that he really cares about making his guests feel comfortable – thank you for that. A special extra: the pool is currently being completely redone. If you arrive in summer, you can look forward to a completely new, beautiful pool. Clear recommendation – we will be happy to come back.

Amazing views and an otherworldly location in a serene meadow overlooked by the Kehsteinhaus. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the Berchtesgaden area. The restaurant which the property is attached to also serves excelled Bavarian food from Wednesday to Sunday.

Great spacious house. We had enough space with 6 people. Also the terrace and the fenced in garden are great! Location is perfect for hiking. Especially with children, there are many great opportunities for hikes and excursions! We had a great vacation and felt very comfortable! Thank you!!

We were very warmly welcomed by Julia. The apartment was beautiful and we settled in immediately. Everything you need is there. We slept super well and enjoyed a great view every morning, whether waking up or at the breakfast table. We especially liked the service of getting fresh rolls delivered to the door every morning! A big thank you again! Our daughter was blown away by the animals and would love to jump on the trampoline forever... the environment itself is very quiet, which did not bother us at all because by car you can get to different places to explore super fast.. In the evening we could comfortably end the day by the fireplace with a glass of wine or relax in the sauna for two. We as a family can recommend this wonderful place with a clear conscience! It is definitely a great break from the stressful everyday life in the chaotic city life.

Renate has already given me all the information you need. The communication with her was great and the apartment very sweet with everything you need. The location was perfectly quiet and a great starting point for hikes in the area. Even for my dog, there were treats, a bowl and a towel. Loved it.

We were a larger group, two generations, and it fit perfectly. The house is very spacious and cozy Everything is available for cooking and grilling. And there's something for every level of hiker. The area is beautiful. Absolutely recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay at Walters apartment! The apartment was very spacious, clean, very cozy furnished. Location is great, its 10mins drive to Nassfeld ski resort. We were also able to park our car right in front of the building which was very convenient. There are also groceries stores 20m away which is great! Walter was a great host, very responsive. We will definitely come again!

We were there with the family and with our two dogs. We had a great weekend. The place, the location and the entire package was great, there is nothing to complain about! Super dear hosts who welcomed us warmly and explained everything to us. Both my parents and our dogs felt totally comfortable. Great place to hike, ski or just relax. Despite the initial difficulties we had a wonderful stay. Riff is a generous host, and easy to communicate with, problems were promptly addressed and quickly solved. The place itself is magical, the emptiness of the village that others found spooky actually was uplifting for us, and the quietness and the beauty of the mountains offered perfect immersion and winding down. The house is lovely and cosy, the upper store is a child’s dream - my son enjoyed it immensely. We are regulars to the area, know the neighboring ski-resort very well and beside skiing we enjoyed the local cuisine very much, or sometimes just grabbed a pizza from the village down in the valley. What a great place! Very clean cabin, surrounded by breathtaking views, ski slope behind the house, well equipped kitchen. Everything you need for a great holiday. The pictures don’t do the place justice. Also the host and house owners were very helpful and communicative. They helped us with everything we needed ! We will definitely return!!

Renate's house is beautiful and cozy. Totally equipped with everything in both the rooms and the kitchen. Everything is functional and works. The garden is well-kept and from the outside you can enjoy a spectacular view of the valley. The silence in the evening is absolute so much so that it is not difficult to see the fawns approaching the house. Renate is a kind and helpful person always ready in case of any problem. We had a beautiful, relaxing and restful vacation. Renate's house is an experience that we will absolutely repeat in the future

The location is great for skiing - super close to the gondola. Catia is sweet and we just agreed. The house is in line with the pictures - on 3 levels. Everything was clean when we came. The kitchen is fully functional and equipped. There were plenty of dishes, even condiments. The only minus is that the couch and beds are really old and run down.
