Rare and atypical, this house is my treasure! ⚠️2 adorable cats need to be fed during your stay. Very grateful to the hosts, they sometimes bring back "gifts" (birds, field mice)... 2 km from the famous and sumptuous Château de Beynac. Please remember to bring your sheets, duvet cover, and pillowcases for a 160 cm bed.

Située à Mauzac, dans le Périgord Pourpre, à deux pas de la rivière Dordogne (location dériveur, paddle et canoé), et idéale pour découvrir les villages pittoresques : La Roque-Gageac, Beynac, Sarlat, sublime région renommée pour son terroir (foie gras, noix, vins).

The light open plan living area has views over the garden and is fully equipped for all year round use. Whether it’s reading a book in one of the relaxing armchairs whilst enjoying the fire in the colder evenings, or enjoying a coffee on the private patio in the sun; the sunsets and stars are incredible. La Tour, a unique, Perigourdine Dovecot. This lovely gite is very calm & comfortable 1 bed gite on two levels with a boutique feel. The property consists of an open plan living room with kitchen, sofa bed, television, WIFI & breakfast bar. Accessed by a spiral staircase, upstairs is a mezzanine double bedroom & en-suite bathroom. Outside you have your own shaded garden or full sun-terrace with lovely sunsets views. For winter visitors there is underfloor heating with thermostat control.
