Nice private studio of 20 m2 with balcony, refurbished on the 3rd floor in an old building that has retained its authenticity. In the heart of Evian's old town, 2 minutes from shops and the Source Cachat, 5 minutes from the pier and thermal baths. Equipped kitchen (stove, fridge, microwave), 1.60 m bed, closets, TV and Wi-Fi, breakfast area, coffee machine, bathroom/toilet with towel dryer and hair dryer. The comfortable apartment with private parking place is situated on the top floor of a chalet in a quiet part of the village with a bakery, supermarket and some restaurants/bars. Ideal situated to make a hike into the mountains, to ski or either to go to lake Geneva to visit Evian or the swiss cities Laussanne, Montreux and Geneva. Lakefront apartment

Apartment on the shores of Lake Geneva, small but completely renovated, with a private swimming pool in the building, private parking for one car, a private beach on the lake, however it is necessary to have a vehicle to get around, especially to go to Switzerland (quite far from Geneva airport or the city of Lausanne, with frequent traffic jams). Public transport is complicated and underdeveloped.
