Welcome! We are the Waltl family and our house was built in 2018. On the ground floor we rent two cozy double rooms with mountain views. The ski lift is 800 m away from us, and the cross-country skiing track is right next to the house (50 m). Our house is an ideal starting point for mountain excursions, cycling, skiing or leisurely walks in the fresh air. Enjoy our cozy room (19m2) with a wonderful view of the mountains of the Kitzbühel Alps.

Gabi's little Spezerey offers nests to feel good. The wonderfully traditional, smart and charming room invites you to relax. In the room there is an espresso maker and a small refrigerator. Linger in the garden with the herb bed, the chicken coop and the on-site pool. Or maybe it's a nice get-together under the small arbor behind the house? We also offer a pull-out couch as a crib in this room, the cost is € 35,-
