Lovely apartment, everything you need for a short stay. 10 minute walk to the city centre. Parking with the apartment was a bonus. Would highly recommend.

I stayed at Chris’s place with my dad for 3 nights after heading up from Perpignan. The apartment is a couple of minutes walk from the train station and also a couple of minutes away from the main square, where there are ample restaurants. It wasn’t peak season so they weren’t always open but we still managed to get some great meals. The apartment is also about a 20 minute walk to the medieval city, which is great if you love a bit of history. The apartment itself is immaculate and very comfortable. The balcony was great to sit out on and you can hear the organs playing from the church opposite. The apartment is on the street and cars going by can be loud, but Chris kindly left earplugs in the bedrooms to resolve this. We would definitely recommend Chris’s apartment and would love to stay again.

The studio is very comfortable, well arranged and impeccably clean. Under the roofs, I was hot with the very high temperatures but Corine had planned the fan, like many other things (coffee, infusion, tea, fresh water, sweets, etc.) The neighborhood is quiet, easy to park. It was very good!

A night in Nathalie's cottage. Perfect to be there early in the morning. Nathalie opened a garage for me for bicycles.

We highly recommend it and above all, don't hesitate for a second! The residence is wonderfully quiet and very peaceful, located in a beautiful environment. Parking space is a real plus. Without a direct view, with a balcony offering a beautiful tree-lined view. Not to mention the accommodation, which is decorated with incredible taste. We felt good there immediately. The bedding is comfortable, the bathroom functional and the kitchen perfectly equipped. As soon as we return to Castres, we will go to Chloé's!! Thank you also for your kindness and responsiveness to messages.

The apartment was perfect for us...right on the canal with a peaceful private backyard garden and terrace. The kitchen was a gem...everything we needed, whether to just enjoy local wines and cheeses or to cook a full meal. Homps is a convenient hub for visiting other towns and villages nearby. We were there for 11 nights and were sad to leave. Thank you Kay and Knud!

Ideally located accommodation in Castres, easy to access and convenient even with small children. The rooms are spacious, the air conditioning is a real plus. The bedding is extremely comfortable. Hosts are very responsive and give very clear instructions. I recommend it!

Right in the centre of Carcassonne yet the most peaceful / quiet place there is! I had a very lovely time at Barbara's, it felt like a mini-holiday despite staying for work purposes. I tried to find negatives to say but couldn't really find one! Both the apartment and the back-garden are really lovely, I will stay there again when I am next back in Carcassonne.

Very pleasant accommodation and environment for people wishing to rest and visit Carcassonne and its surroundings. The hosts are very pleasant and respect our privacy while we are on their property. The pool is great, a real plus in the hot weather!! I highly recommend it!

5-night stay with our baby. Nice, spacious apartment in a quiet street. Good location of the apartment to visit the surroundings (Albi, Carcassonne, Toulouse and Castres accessible on foot). Free and easy street parking. Elodie made herself available and responsive, kindly offered us a baby bed and bathtub🥰. The bathtub served us well given the high temperatures🥵. The instructions were clear, we felt comfortable in this simply tastefully renovated apartment. 👍

This is a gorgeous apartment in the old town. It was a wonderful haven to escape to when it was crowded, and it was magical walking around the old town in the morning and evening when the crowds left. The place is exactly as depicted in the photos. The A/C was great. Fairly well furnished, but I wouldn't try to do a lot of cooking there. The bed was very comfortable. The patio is fabulous. We ate breakfast there every morning and enjoyed a glass of wine in the evening. It overlooks the dining patio of La Demeure du Cassoulet, which is such a fabulous restaurant, we ate there twice. We had difficulty finding the place. The address said #7; however, there was no #7 to be seen anywhere. I called the host, and he told me how to find it. It is basically behind you if you are looking at #8. Fortunately, we left our big suitcases in the car and just brought up what we needed, as walking two floors up the steep, narrow spiral staircase can be tricky. I highly recommend it!

The stay went very well! The place was as advertised, clean and in a good location. Host was responsive and welcoming. I recommend it without hesitating!

Lovely apartment, beautifully presented with every amenity one could possibly need. We enjoyed the balcony in the evening, and loved the luxury of the rooftop jacuzzi after a long day exploring the ancient city of Carcassonne. A lot of stairs to climb, but well worth it. The penthouse suite is always the best!!

Frankly, Ras! A lot of small touches in addition to the services /services mentioned in the listing, Val and Phil are super nice, extremely helpful and responsive, very good advice for the activities/ outings available nearby... And their dogs are very cute. In short, a WE too short but great as far as we are concerned👌!

Very happy with this cottage, very nice materials, very nice decor, refined chic, space to park in the courtyard. Everything is very clean and the bedding is impeccable, comfortable, rose petals on the bed. You can hear the footsteps of the inhabitants above, you feel a light presence, but it is not a problem. You will have the best time here,everything is perfection, from the decor to the hot tub and garden. The apartment was a haven after the heat and noise of the cite and Jerome couldn’t have been more helpful. Will be recommending.

Very good stay in Carcassonne with a suitable accommodation to discover the city! Everything is there, the rental, the calm, the amenities, the cleanliness and the kindness of the hosts! Nothing to complain about, we can only recommend seeing it and even going back The location offers very good access to shops, bakeries and restaurants To recommend 😉

We spent a wonderful few days in Pascale's beautiful apartment. It suited our party of four perfectly. Pascale was extremely helpful and friendly, giving great advice about local restaurants and things to do. In the June heat, the apartment was fantastically cool and welcoming, and the garden, with its' amazing views of La Cité, catered to both sun and shade lovers. The apartment was extremely well-equipped for self-catering, but there were also lots of lovely restaurants within easy walking distance. Unfortunately, we only had a short stay but we'd love to return for a longer break to see more of Carcassonne and its' fascinating surroundings - and we would definitely return to this gorgeous apartment.
