Check-in was seamless and incredibly accommodating — Cristina waited until after 10:30 pm to meet us at the apartment, which was very much appreciated after a long day of travel. She also checked in on us on several occasions to ensure everything was perfect, demonstrating her attentive and caring hospitality. Cristina was an exceptional host — friendly, attentive, and genuinely eager to make our stay enjoyable. We highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Palermo, especially families with little ones. Thank you, Cristina, for your warm hospitality!

Elvira’s apartment is an absolute gem, it is clear this is her home and is beautifully furnished and equipped as a result. It is spacious and stylish with lovely homely touches; the vinyl collection, the piano, the well stocked fridge and cupboards for guests. You will want for nothing. The apartment has two balconies, alive with lush plants and a perfect breakfast spot overlooking the historical square. Once night falls and you close the doors, it is absolutely silent and your sleep will be deep and uninterrupted in the fabulous bedroom. The apartment is very close to all the historical sights and fabulous restaurants too, you will find lots of super recommendations from Elvira. Elvira has obviously spent a lot of time and effort creating this amazing apartment space and you should not hesitate in booking.

Very nice and spacious apartment - we were surprised by the size ! It’s a really well renovated old apartment with amazing high ceilings and beautiful old tile floors 🤍 The bathrooms are new and very clean. The city centre and a lot of nice restaurants are in walking distance and just across the street there is big parking space.

Fabiana a été un hôte idéal. Réactive, d’une grande aide pour l’arrivée et pour le parking. L’appartement quant à lui est juste à 3 min du quatro canti et a 50 m de la via Vittorio Emmanuelle. Un emplacement juste parfait. Tout était accessible à pied et jamais loin pour une pause technique ou se reposer quelques minutes. L’appartement est très sécurisé. À savoir : il y a quelques marches pour accéder à l’appartement et de la chambre à la salle de bain. Par ailleurs, la salle de bain n’est pas bien grande par rapport à la taille de l’appartement. Mais ce n’est pas gênant. Elle était très propre et c’est l’essentiel. Enfin et non des moindres, l’appartement est à côté de la foule, mais très calme. Seul un compresseur de Clim (je pense) se déclenche de temps en temps pour rompre le silence. Bref. Pour nous, appartement idéal pour visiter Palerme.

Gabriele is a very proactive host, who is always at hand to help. Check in was easy and straight forward, Gabriele messaged to ensure we checked in ok and we were happy with his suite. The suite itself is as described, nice and spacious, clean and included all the listed amenities. As some reviews say, the balcony area isn’t directly off the suite, but it’s easily accessed on the top floor of the building, and a lovely space to relax. Would highly recommend staying here! Great location. Gabriele recommended some lovely restaurants too 👌🏼

This is one of my FAVORITE stays, ever ! Rosario's home is warm, elevated, beyond stylish, filled with brilliant art and is in an ideal location to take in all of Palermo. Unlike many other places that feel cold and without personality — this was like staying in your most fashionable Italian friend's chic, private apartment. Rosario is also an excellent communicator — he shared wonderful recommendations for local restaurants and not-to-be missed things to do around Palermo. There are also not one, but TWO private outdoor spaces! It's also 5-10 minutes of a walk to some of the best little spots for local wine, great restaurants, markets and top sites. Book it if you can!

beautiful house, wonderful space, Close to the beach and wonderful view. it was early. spring and the weather was cold-ish and the house has a very good heater. also AC in all rooms. lots of beautiful books and magazines about art, Sciacca town, sicily in the living room. also great recommendations where to eat. kitchen is super well equipped and we felt really at home cooking for the family. the only thing that hat it is not mentioned in the description of the apartment is that the place is a house divided in 4 apartments. one of the rooms has an exit door and windows directly to the entrance and patio of one of the apartments. so when people are there and talking normal, there is no isolation to the sounds coming from outside. same to the apartment above, someone was cleaning up there in the evening and it was very hearable. there is no ceiling lamp in most of the rooms and at night the light is low. all for all we had a lovely time and loved our stay.

I am extremely fussy and I couldn’t find any fault, I would give it six stars if I could. probably the most beautiful and scenic roads I have ever had the pleasure to drive on. The beach feels like a private beach at times, spotlessly clean with fish in the shallow water, a little slice of paradise. Perfectly placed for relaxation and also for exploring the beautiful sights of Sicily. stopped at mt Etna on the way then stopped to visit the valley of the temples before relaxing on the pristine beach right outside the appartment 🫶 Lovely days spent admiring the beautiful architecture in Palermo. Perfect trip, can’t wait to visit again 🙏

Location, location, location. This apartment is an oasis in the midst of all the main attractions of Palermo. Everything is an easy walk away and yet on the balcony it is peaceful with pretty rooftop views. Situated next to a Mosque, there is a brief Adhan at 10 pm, but we only heard it when we were outside. The living areas in the apartment are spacious and comfortable, where we could relax together. This was a great spot for exploring Palermo, and Luigi's recommendations were fantastic.

The apartment has lots of character, with old fashioned furniture but in a good way. The small terrace is lovely with lots of plants surrounding you, a good place to have breakfast or read a book. Very comfortable bed and effective AC in the bedroom. Plenty of space. A great location in the old town with easy walking access to loads of good restaurants and bars, but also close to the more modern marina and its restaurants. It seems very secure with the lock system of the building generally. Lots of interesting books on Sicily spread around the place. Francesca was extremely helpful.

Wish we could stay longer and hope we can come back! Spectacular outlook from this beautiful place. So much history! It was the perfect base and easy access by foot to any sights. Peaceful yet you felt in the thick of colourful Palermo also. Kind and friendly host. Just book!!!!

Abbiamo soggiornato qui per due notti. L’appartamento è situato in una posizione ottima, proprio dietro alla Cattedrale, ma al riparo della confusione (è molto silenzioso e la notte si dorme benissimo). La possibilità di fare da soli sia check in che check out rende tutto ancora più comodo. Non fatevi ingannare dall’esterno del palazzo, l’appartamento all’interno è nuovissimo ed arredato molto bene.

Wir waren im April für 7 Nächte bei Lucia. Sie hat uns herzlich empfangen und viele Tipps gegeben. Das Apartment ist im 3. Stock und es gibt einen Aufzug. Das Apartment nimmt eine ganze Etage ein, ist sehr geräumig und man hat ausreichend Platz für sein Gepäck. Es ist komplett renoviert und liegt in einer ruhigen Gasse mit zwei Supermärkten direkt in den angrenzenden Straßen. Der Bus, die Fähre, ein Strand und die Altstadt kann man zu Fuß in 5 min erreichen. Wir durften am Tag der Abreise unser Gepäck im Haus lassen. Auf dem Balkon kann man essen und ab vormittags ist dort Sonne. Es kann sein, dass man von oben oder unten andere Gäste hört. Wir haben uns zu jeder Zeit sehr sicher im und um das Haus gefühlt.

Beautiful apartment as in the photos. Amazing artwork lovely kitchen and spectacular views from all rooms. Guido helped us by facilitating an early checkin which was great. Excellent response time every time we messaged. Bathrooms a bit dated but otherwise all food. Great few days in Palermo.

Loves this apartment, the decor was cute and lots of attention to detail. The apartment was spacious with more than enough room for 3 of us. The kitchen was well equipped. The area is very central to all attractions and amenities with a big supermarket close by of you need it. The host took time to check us in and gave great instructions and some great recommendations- three lf which we choose and they were excellent. Recommend.

Daniela made us very welcome and the communication leading up to our stay was great. The accommodation had all amenities including some we didn’t expect like the dishwasher. The second toilet was also a bonus. Very comfortable and plenty of space within the apartment. The air conditioning kept us cool at night. There’s a local bakery for breakfast only a minutes walk plus there’s a great restaurant only 20m away, which doesn’t look anything from the outside but opens up to a very pretty dining area surrounded by trees and flowers at the back. The raised deck area could be closed off if the it was raining. Mondello beach is 15 minutes walk away and plenty of public space as well as private if that’s what you prefer. As well as all the restaurants in Mondello there’s a couple, including great Gelato, on the way there. We found using the pool was a bit awkward at times because other family members also used it. If you’re staying in the Palermo area Daniela’s apt is well worth it.

Relaxing stay at saverios place , very beautiful sandy beach , place is quiet and nicely decorated. Saverio is a really great host and has recommended many things to do and restaurants to try. We would’ve loved to stay longer!!

Wunderschöne Wohnung - überhaupt das ganze Anwesen mit Pool etc. Man fühlt sich gar nicht wie in einer Stadt sondern irgendwo auf dem Land. Agostino war jederzeit erreichbar, freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Schöne Anlage aus 10 Reihen-Ferienhäuschen mit gemeinsamen Pool und Meerblick. Der Strand mit einigen Restaurants ist schön und in 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Alle Basics zur Selbstverpflegung waren vorhanden. Kommunikation war problemlos und es gab auch direkt einige Tipps für Ausflüge, Restaurants usw. Alles in allem super, wir würden wieder kommen :)

We stayed at Lampeduso for 3 nights and it definitely wasn’t long enough. It’s such a great Airbnb in a perfect location. Palermo is such an interesting city, with its mix of cultures and all its gritty charm. The palace was perfect. It rained for two of the days we were there, but because the villa was so fantastic, the weather didn’t affect us at all. The place is huge, with great amenities that made a big difference—washer and dryer for our soaked clothes, umbrellas ready to go, and plenty of space to enjoy a good card game. When the sun did come out, we spent early evenings on the patio next to the pool. Honestly, the villa alone makes us want to return to Palermo.

Le logement est grand, calme et propre. Mara et Barbara sont charmantes. Notre avion a eu beaucoup de retard et elles ont communiqués en permanence avec nous Notre arrivée à 23h n'a posé aucun problème. Elles nous ont aussi prodigué de bons conseils pour nos visites. Nous, nous sommes senti directement bien dans l'appartement avec tout le confort nécessaire.
