The Creekside Cottage is quietly located on our 240 acre property. If you're looking for a quiet "get-away" then our quaint, studio cottage is for you. We have a queen bed. Outside, we have a fire ring with firewood, grill, outdoor seating, and beautiful view. We DO NOT have TV/internet, or WiFi, although most phones get service. There is a small kitchenette but there is NO oven/stove. We DO have a toaster oven, microwave, mini-fridge, coffee pot Keurig, coffee pods, and bottled water.

Lisa's home was perfect for our needs. The kitchen had everything you need to prepare a meal and there were plenty of towels and cleaning supplies. The foam mattresses are a bit firm but overall, our stay was everything we expected plus some. Theres no mention in the listing of the pool table/bar area in the basement. The kids had a blast down there. Sure the home is a little outdated, but it is a charming place that is actively being worked on/improved. Also Lisa was very responsive when we had questions. A great deal for the asking price!

This one bedroom apartment was perfect for my husband and I. It was clean, roomy, wonderful shower with great water pressure. Everything we needed and so much more intimate than a hotel room. The neighborhood was so pretty and peaceful! Edward did a great job remodeling it, and what a comfortable bed!!!! The kitchen was well appointed with everything that was needed. He always responded quickly with any questions I had. We visit Boardman/ Youngstown often, unless someone else is staying there we will always choose Edward’s place. Thank you for making our trip so very pleasant with your Air B&B!
