Apartment holiday rentals in McGregor

This was the perfect place to stay for a quick couples getaway, just close enough to the beaches and other inland restaurants. My expectations are high with cleanliness and this place surpassed them. It had just enough space to exist for a few days and everything you’d need to have a flexible stay. All amenities were high quality. We will be booking again. The directions / expectations were also very detailed! Hidden gem!!!!

Quiet, chic, … and literally cool air. This is one of the best Airbnb’s I’ve stayed at thus far (and boy, I’m a very tough critic). This place was absolutely amazing! We stayed for 3 nights and couldn’t have been happier. Walkable distance to town square and just minutes from the beach. The pool was great to hang out in and had plenty of chairs to lay out in the sun. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay in Fort Myers Beach.

My very first Airbnb and I'm sure it will set the standard for any future ones that I use. Super convenient location, plenty of parking, right on the canal so you see the dolphins and the manatees at any given point. I met Lori in person and she helped me with everything that I needed and was super kind. I spent a week kayaking the island and there are so many places to go that you don't have to leave the island once you get there.

Charming 1 bedroom with a pool. Allows pets and my dog loved it! Very clean and private and perfect location to beach and lots of restaurants and activities. Updated bathroom is amazing; studio kitchen has everything you need. Wifi works great and smart tv was easy to use! They even brought in a monitor so I could work remote easily. Would definitely rent there again!

The location was awesome! Sanibel and Fort Myers Beach were so close. Id come back.

Loved my stay. It was super clean and easy access to the beach.

My son and I came to Pine Island to fish for tarpon at the world famous Boca Grande Pass. This was the perfect location, just 2 blocks away from the nearest public boat ramp to the pass. I had some questions about my booking and parking for our boat, and the hosts got back to me immediately and were very helpful. The unit is exactly as described and shown in the pictures. It is very clean, safe and quiet. We had no problems at all accessing the unit with their instructions and had a good night's sleep before heading back out on the boat the next morning. I would definitely rent here again and spend a few more days next time to be able to explore the island and surrounding waters.

Great place to stay if you’re looking for easy access to the beach. Hailey had chairs and umbrellas for us to use which allowed us to spend most of our days relaxing on the beach. The only negative about Bonita is how small it is. We unfortunately didn’t have a car so getting to restaurants was an expensive uber (not hosts fault), highly recommend having a way to get around. Overall a great place to stay!

This place is incredible! Its steps from the beach and the check-in was seamless. We didn’t have one issue with our stay. Thank you for being great hosts.

This vacation spot was a beautiful home with a wonderful pool. Located 15 minutes from Ft. Meyers beach hot spots and short walks to some great eateries! Beautifully decorated with new fixtures and a giant deck to view the water.

Beautiful clean apartment. The view was amazing. Quiet neighbors. Bed was very firm innerspring mattress. Pillows were awesome and the extra blanket in the closet was nice. Towels were fluffy and huge. Price was on par with neighboring hotels.

What a beautiful month we had at Terraverde . The condo was in a perfect location with an awesome pool/hot tub , golf sign up and snack bar. The golf course was a nice short executive course and in descent condition. The pool was the best part! Pristine water, umbrellas, dining tables and lounge chairs. The condo asteroid with two great size bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Kitchen was filled with your minimum supplies needed with various restaurants nearby. Don and Barb live in the community and were very helpful and responsive to our questions. Nicole the property manager handled all the paperwork needed and was very helpful in getting it all completed. So looking forward to staying there again!

Beautiful and quiet location. The property management company made it extremely easy to check in and out. They had our schedule and met us at the ferry dock to take luggage and tour the island before showing us to the house. Will be staying again

Great location—right across the street from the beach. The bed was unbelievably comfortable! The unit itself was clean, spacious, and equipped with the basics (I.e., coffee pot, some beach towels, cooking pans, dinnerware). The pool and hot tub are shared with other guests but we had no issues with noise during our stay. The surrounding area has been really impacted by hurricane Ian and there is a lot of construction and traffic. But the Airbnb itself was very nice, comfortable, and convenient.
