The house is a true gem! Beautiful comfortable and it has everything you need. Super family-friendly, everything has been thought to make you feel at home. The pool is beautiful and the summer kitchen is amazing. On top of that Romy goes above and beyond to make sure you have a good time and he’s super responsive. We are very happy we picked this house and we will come back!

Our stay at Becky's house was very good. We felt at home. The house is spacious, with a large living room, large bedrooms and good beds. Full kitchen. The outdoor area with pool is very nice, fenced and with beautiful lighting. There were many things to take to the beach, such as chairs, umbrellas and mats, which was very useful I just found it a little far from the main attractions of the region, which are Fort Myers, Sanibel and Capitiva, all 30 minutes away by car, which was not a problem. I recommend Becky's house

Amazing stay. The house is super comfy, we loved the hot tub spa, games in the garage, loved the kitchen. Everything was clean and a lot of light coming from the windows which we loved. We didn’t get the time to grill but that grill looked amazing too. Definitely recommended. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We came to Cape Coral to fish with family in the area. This place had everything we needed to be comfortable and have the best time. The canal did not disappoint, we were able to catch jacks, snappers, and lots of cat fish. Gary responded immediately when we had a question and we would definitely stay here again!

The house was like a resort. We played in the sun and lounged. We were celebrating our anniversary and the host went the extra mile to make it unforgettable. We will definitely be coming back.

Our stay was everything that we expected. The neighborhood was quiet and the neighbors were friendly. I would highly recommend this property to anyone who plans to stay in Cape Coral.

Our stay and the location was perfect The house was clean and fresh. The Pool and Lanai area were clean and the pool and lawn were maintained weekly. The area was beautiful and great for running, walking and riding bikes, without having to go out to the main road. Just a few miles from down town Cape Coral and grocery shopping. I stayed here for 4 nights in July. Greg was very responsive prior to and during my stay. The unit was as described. It was very clean and stocked well with amenities. I ate at several of the restaurants recommended. Had good meals at each of them. I would definitely stay here again.

Shawn’s place is in a manufactured home pleasant neighborhood. It is modestly, but comfortably furnished. It has steps to enter and between some rooms so it isn’t perfect for disabled. It was great for a couple (or 2) visiting mom or dad. The community pool was about a block away and very nice

It was definitely worth the money

This house was spotlessly clean. Well equipped kitchen. Comfortable furniture. Lovely Lanai by the pool. Well kept home with nice newer appliances. We felt safe in a block watch neighborhood. Convenient to stores nearby. The traffic noise could be loud at times. It’s what you would expect being a block off a busy street in any suburb. It did not bother us but worth a mention. Pool was very clean too. We would stay here again.

Love love love this place! Had 11 of us with plenty of rooms and bathrooms for all. Beautiful place and close to everything. Enjoyed the pool and pier. Caught tons of fish right off the dock. Meat market close by with great steaks. Wonderful outdoor kitchen. Hope we can go back next year. Grand daughters cried when we left because they had so much fun!

Very happy we took a chance on this home. We had such a wonderful time. The owner has every amenity well thought out. I’ve never stayed at an Airbnb that had this many supplies which is nice when you fly and can’t bring as much as normal. We ate lots of good seafood. My grandsons spent hours fishing on the dock.

Excellent stay! Was everything we needed. Plenty of room for 4 adults. Loved the openness of the inside. Perfect pool. Was able to swim night day & night. Patio was great to sit out in any time of the day or night. Outside patio fans were great. Matthew was helpful & kind. Beds were comfortable. Neighbor was peaceful. Perfect birthday, retirement & anniversary stay for our adult family. Would definitely stay again. Thank you Matthew!

The house was beautiful and had a great layout! Everything you may need was available. I am a bit of a neat freak and had no worries walking into this house. It was very clean and well maintained. The pool and hot tub were enjoyed by all!! Terry was very helpful with all instructions and recommendations. You definitely don’t want to miss this diamond in the rough!!

Absolutely amazing we went for our daughter birthday and she had the best time. Due to this beautiful home and location we plan to visit Florida more often. We felt right at home in Hanh’s place

This place was the best find of all of Ft Myers. It was easy to come and go from the beach to down town. It was more that peaceful, safe, clean, and convenient. Everything I could need was in this home. And the car port came in real handy during the afternoon rains. I will absolutely use this place again.
