This is a magical place in every detail. The location is unbelievable. Set your alarm for dawn for a spectacular view over Newgrange. The whole place is better than I imagined, don’t miss the peacocks or the river! Live out your cottage countryside fantasy or finish your novel (I did). The Airbnb is the old school type that’s hard to find nowadays. Everything is chill and the hosts are friendly and helpful. It’s not a hotel or b&b and there is no staff just people opening up their home. You cook your own food in the amazing kitchen, pick up your supplies in Slane before arriving at the local butcher and veg shop. I’ll definitely come back.

Beautiful little country cottage in picturesque location. We only had one night, wish it had been more. Denise is delightful and communicated very quickly.

We loved staying here. It felt very homey and clean. Everything was on one level so easy for mobility issues. We ate at the snail pub down the road which was great. Perfect place to stay for Newgrange. Wish we could've stayed longer. The cat was brilliant too. Highly recommend 👌

It was such a pleasure to stay at Vivienne's place! She is super friendly, and we really enjoyed chatting with her when we checked in. We immediately felt right at home! She gave us tips for restaurants to go to, which was much appreciated. Check-in time was flexible and arranged through Vivienne's clear communication. She sent us a photo of the driveway entrance, which was very helpful. We loved the private back garden and the coffee machine in the adorable kitchen. It was the perfect place for us to stay on the last night of our trip before we flew out of Dublin airport the next morning. Thanks, Vivienne!
