nice 2 bedroom 2 bath functional space. tucked inside a quiet wooded lot. perfect for my family's 1 night stay during our road trip through the state parks. simple space, very clean, was very comfortable. 10 minutes to town. followed Google GPS to the listed address and it's the smaller single blue house on the lot.

This is my second time staying in this home and my family and I enjoyed staying here once again. The location is great, the home is cozy and perfect for a family of 4. The kitchen was stocked, there were plenty of blankets and pillow, and the two sofa beds are great to accommodate extra people. I would definitely stay here again.

Celine's property & the blue cottage were perfect for us: so close to the ocean, walking paths, forests (accessible by foot) & the Redwood State & National Parks (by car). Celine responded quickly to our messages & was kindly able to be flexible with our arrival time. She greeted us with a warm welcome, recommendations & a brief intro to the physical property while respecting our privacy. Beautiful wild gardens surround the cottage with a direct footpath connecting to McKinleyville's Community Forest to the waterfront. The cottage itself was ideal with two porches, plus being artistically decorated & comfy inside. Helpful to have a full kitchen too. We were thoroughly pleased with our host & the space & hope to return again some day!

Nancy set the bar for comparing all other Airbnbs. Communication was great and proactive. Checking in/out was very easy. This place has every accessory that you need to make you feel like you are at home. The two rooms are large and spacious and uncluttered. The Jacuzzi was a treat with foliage all around for a private experience. There was plenty of room for my wife and I and there was room for 1 more if needed. There were games, puzzles and books. We had fun playing some cribbage which we hadn't done in awhile. There is a new smart TV and a gas fireplace to warm things up. It helps to have transportation to get around. There is plenty of parking available. The place is a short walk to/from the airport if needed. Even though it is close to the airport, you cannot hear any airplane noise from this house. I am concerned about letting everyone know how great this place is because I want it to be available next time I am in town. Thank you Nancy for making our stay so pleasurable.
