Perfect place for a weekend getaway for two. Beautiful part of the island and away for all the crowds. Has two restaurants within walking distance. They offer bike rentals right at the Airbnb and it’s only about 15 minute ride to downtown.

Great little suite right in the middle of town! It’s you can walk to everything within munising from the apartment. It’s also close by to the kayaking/boating companies and about 35 minute drive from pictured rocks. This is a great suite for 1-2 people. Would stay again!

Got there later then check in, but wasn't a problem. The rooms were very clean, and appliances were in great condition. qould definitely stay here again, and would recommend to more people staying in the area

Our stay at Erin's place was perfect! We were in Munising to hike, kayak, and see waterfalls. Our room was exactly what we needed to unwind from our active days. The amenities were great and the room was very clean. It was very helpful to the refrigerator! We stayed Monday - Wednesday and the bar below was very quiet. We had no issues with noise at all. The room was also close enough to everything that we could walk. There was also plenty of parking. Erin also provided a ton of local recommendations that were extremely helpful!

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay here. The apartment is a great size and is well equipped. We really appreciated the location - it is just steps from many restaurants, bars, and shops, and only a short walk to the dock where many cruises leave from. We used this as a base for our walks in Pictured Rocks, which is amazing and a very short drive away. Amber was very responsive and very friendly. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone else, and would definitely stay here again on our next trip.

Beautiful view of the water! Close to many good restaurants & shops. This room is connected to an inn, and the large, shared deck is connected to the bedroom and living room. There could be noise from other guests while you are there. The entrance is next to the lobby with the vending machine, so again- the other guests will be nearby. We enjoyed exploring the area… beautiful location!

The Maple Hideaway was a great stay! It was spacious for the 6 of us. The kitchen had everything we needed. Lots of parking and snow removal was kept up with in a big Munising winter. Host was responsive to a late check out request. No complaints!

Stephanie was a thoughtful host, easy to communicate and quick to respond. The apartment was equipped with everything you'd need and was so warm and cozy from the comfortable beds to the 'Franklin stove' gas heater. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our time there. The street was quiet and the grounds were lovely. It turned out that we had a personal connection to Stephanie and her husband which made our stay all the more amiable. I highly recommend staying at "Down the way from Duncan Bay'!

This truly is a 5 star stay! It was convenient to the ferry and walkable to most of the things we wanted to do and see. I would not hesitate to recommend this place to anyone who wants a quiet, clean, comfortable place to stay. The bakery downstairs was a wonderful bonus with everyone being very friendly and helpful. Edmund, thank you for the gift card and for sharing this beautiful place!

We really enjoyed staying at Libby’s place. It was incredibly spacious and very clean. She did a great job of communicating with us and provided many suggestions for eating spots and places to hike. Definitely recommend staying at Libby’s!

Mary Beth and her husband were VERY friendly yet not intrusive. Everyone we talked to on Beaver Island were friendly, helpful and informative. The apartment was clean and the kitchen was well stocked. We ate every meal at the apartment and never felt like something was missing or needed. My sister in law slept in the bedroom and said the bed was comfortable. I slept on the couch and it too was comfortable. Lastly, it was nice to not have a long list of ‘to do‘s’ before checking out! We would book again without hesitation!

Tim and Joanne were incredibly nice and went above and beyond with a little trinket and baked bread/wine. The place is so peaceful and absolutely beautiful. The vibes were amazing and just what we needed for a true Midwestern honeymoon celebration. Will definitely be returning in the future!😊

We loved our stay above the Boat House. Room was clean and uncluttered, but with a few books and games to make it cozy. Location was quiet and peaceful. Loved sitting on the deck with a book. I would definitely stay here again! Carol was a great host, even letting me keep the room an extra couple hours until the ferry came.

Sue was a GREAT host!! She is so knowledgeable of the island! Our personal tour of the island was so informative. She kept in constant contact with us. She pivoted when our flight was canceled due to weather. We rode her bikes into town, that was very convenient. Thank you for everything, Sue!!

We enjoyed staying here. It’s a short 10 min walk to the Mackinaw Ferry. The house is old but very clean.

We have stayed here for many years. This is the first time I've booked thru Airbnb. It was flawless and very easy. Won't be the last time I use Airbnb to schedule a trip!

My family and I stayed for a few nights while exploring pictured rocks and this was an absolute perfect stay. Anything you could need/want to feel right at home (even with children) and stay entertained while relaxing was here. We also got great advice on what and how to sightsee efficiently from Ken. The apartment was very private and quiet and more than plenty of room for our family of 5. Upon arrival we were greeted and given any info we needed for our stay and walked into a very clean and well stocked apartment. Will definitely stay here again!

This place was amazing! Excellent place for swimmers to stay with direct access to Lake Huron. The property is beautiful and clean. Comfortable swing down by the water is very quiet and relaxing. I would definitely stay here again!

This air bnb blew me away based on price and location. Only a few minutes away from mackinaw city’s main strip and shelpers day lot it is a steal. The room was clean and had lost of space for 2-4 people. A plethora of towels and soap for the bathroom incase you forgot to bring your own. The couch folds out into a lazy boy bed with a mounted smart tv on a swing arm on adjacent wall. Bed was very comfortable with blankets for any weather. Ac was functional and made room cool within 10 minutes. Shower had good pressure and stayed hot for multiple showers. Ample parking for any guests as well. Disregard other negative reviews. There were no bad smells in the place and you can barely hear the cars from the highway. The grill and fire pit also looked very nice even though I didn’t use either myself. You truly cannot go wrong with choosing this as your place to stay for general vacation or a trip to Mackinac Island. 11/10

The view of the grand hotel and Mackinac island was perfect, we were greeted with cookies by the property owners, it was nice and quiet, pretty much centered between Mackinaw and Cheboygan. Would definitely stay there again, there was also plenty of room for my truck and car trailer if you’re looking for a nice quiet place outside of town for the st ignace car show week.
