The apartment is divided into 2 bedrooms (each with 1 double bed and 1 large wardrobe, parquet), 1 large, bright living / dining room (dining table, sofa corner, parquet), kitchen (fitted kitchen with high-quality branded appliances), laundry room (dryer and washing machine) and bathroom (with underfloor heating, spacious, floor-level shower and double vanity). The bedrooms are equipped with modern, high-quality furniture, the kitchen equipment leaves nothing to be desired. 3 large-format flat-screen televisions, BlueRay surround system and free highspeed internet access (Wifi 6 with 1000MBit/s) offer additional convenience.

Small and cozy is our "sea heart" (23 sqm), which is only 200m from the swimming spot on the lake. With a beautiful view of the castle park, you can enjoy quiet island days here. Indoor swimming pool, sauna & table tennis are also available. See you soon? The swimming pool is open daily from 6am to 10pm, except in the two weeks after the autumn holidays in BW (usually the first 2 November weeks), it is serviced and closed. The sauna is open all year round every day from 6 am to 10 pm.

Loft in the country house 360 degrees

The loft in the country house 360 degrees has a panoramic view of Lake Constance, mountains, meadows and forests. The apartment has two balconies: one looks over meadows to the lake and Säntis, the other looks over our swimming pond on meadow and trees. The loft is a one-room apartment with a sleeping area, kitchen and dining area overlooking the pond and meadows, a living and working area overlooking the Säntis. In the middle is a bathroom with large bathtub, toilet, bidet and sink.

The charming holiday apartment “Ferienwohnung Welte” is situated in a quiet area of Meckenbeuren, only a short drive from the shores of Lake Constance. The 75 m² apartment consists of a living room with a sofa bed for one person, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 bedrooms as well as one bathroom and a half-bath and can therefore accommodate 5 people. Sofa bed for 2 more people. Dining area for at least 6 people. In summer, there is a pool for shared use outdoors. In the winter months, we have our sauna in operation. Here you can relax on cold autumn or winter days. Very large bathroom with family shower. Plus local tourist tax.
