Die Wohnung hat eine tolle Lage in der ruhigen Gemeinde Rueras, Nähe dem Oberalppass und der Rheinquelle. Der Bahnhof von Rueras ist nur 500 m, nächster Skilift (Dieni) ist nur 1,2 km entfernt. Bitte beachten: Bettbezüge, Laken, Handtücher WC Papier bitte selbst mitbringen. Die Endreinigung erfolgt durch die Mieter.

An underground parking space in the same building is available on request at no charge.

The apartment includes a combined kitchen and living room and a bedroom with a double bed. In the living room there is a sofa bed and the closet where the clothes can be stored. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook for yourself. The bathroom has a sink, shower and toilet.
