Herzlich willkommen in unserem kleinen Paradies! Wir haben uns über die letzten Jahre ein kleine Oase erschaffen, in der es uns an nichts mehr gefehlt hat. Von Gästezimmer, über Sauna, Whirlpool, Glamping Dome, Pavillon und Outdoor Küche umfasst unser Garten alles was man für eine gemütliche Zeit braucht. Wir wohnen am Rande einer sehr kleinen Ortschaft, etwa 14 kilometer vom Bodensee entfernt. Der Garten ist umgeben von Natur und hier in der Region lassen sich viele schöne Dinge unternehmen.

Birne

Currently, Apartment Birne is being renovated and fully modernized, including the kitchen and bathroom. The apartment will also have a new dormer and a balcony. It will be available for booking again from September 1, 2026. Our Apartment Birne is located in a quiet residential area yet close to the city—just a 5-minute walk to the old town. Two guests will find plenty of space in this approximately 65 sqm apartment on the second floor, featuring a bathroom, kitchen, bedroom, and living room.

This beautiful new apartment (80 square meters of living space) is ideal for all Lake Constance lovers, hikers, mountain bikers and nature lovers. Close to attractions such as the Marienschlucht, the island of Mainau and Constance. Bodman is located on Lake Überlingen and offers a few nice restaurants. The beautiful old town and Meersburg Castle are about a 10-minute walk away. Close to the property there is the possibility to rent 2 e-bikes (€25/day per bike, €10/day dog trailer). We offer you a modern 2-room new apartment with open living / dining room / kitchen, 1 bedroom, bathroom and balcony. Free parking is available. On a total of 52 m² on the second floor of a commercial building, 2-4 people can comfortably live and sleep. In the bedroom, there is a double bed with separate mattresses (1.80 m wide) and in the living room, there is a comfortable sofa bed. A travel crib for a toddler can be provided.

Our beloved family country house welcomes you! The old house, which we have lovingly and completely renovated from an ecological point of view, is located opposite a beautiful vantage point with an old oak tree over the lake. It is only a 5-minute walk from the historic old town. The cozy accommodation is wonderfully quiet with an idyllic view of the vineyards in the middle of a beautiful, natural garden.

Pets are welcome. Close to a bus stop, lake, boat and ferry about a 10-minute walk away. Free parking is available in the nearby public parking lot
